Never any heat or hot water during the winter and I've got all the 311 reports to prove it. Several people from the city have come to check out the problem but it remains a consistent issue. Whenever you call management about it no one is every available however, if you miss ONE payment they are hounding you for days. These people are crooks.

I have been living in one of their buildings for years, first with my family and now by myself. You can never get in touch with these people especially when you need something in your apartment repaired. However, if you missed a payment, they are calling you or knocking asking for their rent payment and don’t throw any furniture away, you might come home to a bill for throwing such furniture away. Can your corporation please get it together, if you fix an apartment =happy tenant. Only speaking for myself and my families experience!

0 stars as I believe these people see it as a crime to be professional at all. No heat, no hot water on the coldest of days and no fcks given. Slumlord is putting it nicely. The receptionists or beasts as I like to refer to them as are nasty and just as bad as the slumlord. Properties are never maintained also do not have exterminators. They will literally "fix" the problem by creating another problem and get upset when you call them out on it. Street rats are just that, they belong in the streets not in our apartments because the siding of the building deteriorated hmmkay.

They are the weirdest and worst management. They have a sign for an apt for rent. I called Got voicemail. 2 weeks later got call back. We played phone tag. Never got to talk. I sent a text asking if it's still for rent. Response was he doesn't do business via texts. All I asked was it still available. But I said okay. Do you want to meet me. Response. No I'd rather not Has anyone ever had a realtor tell u they won't show u a property?

This company is the worst that I ever see in my life When I move to this apartment it was another company but they sold this property to this people in Yonkers now I’m crazy they don’t care the super is not the super he says is the custodian so he don’t care I clean myself the hallways and He throws the staff to clean this building is nothing like before like 3 years ago. Total Realty has been a nightmare from start to finish. I have been trying to get back my security deposit for three months now, and every time I'm given the run around of it being "lost in the mail" or the person in charge of my lease being "out of office" or "on vacation". It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your sanity and your bank account, do not rent an apartment under Total Realty.

This property management company does not care for its tenants or it’s properties. I was unfortunate enough to live in a rental when it was sold and the management came under Total Realty Associates. The property became dirty and unkept. Upon move out they charged me an obscene amount of money for things that were wrong with the property when I moved in and laughed at me when I questioned them about it.

They are the most horrible, unprofessional group of people I have ever met. Stay away from this realty. Their customer service is disgusting the way they talk to people and lack of communication. They over charge for a building that has NO HEAT I repeat NO HEAT!!! The whole winter they never gave heat. The tenants had to turn their ovens on talk about living hazards and danger. They lie about everything and that Millie down talks to people like their garbage. She is so rude and disrespectful. Screams at people and will not let you talk.
