I've tried plenty of salons in this area, this is beyond the best. Every time I get acrylics, my nails lift on the sides within a week. Not here! I've had 4 nail techs and each one did a fantastic job. They are helpful with choosing colors, length, and shape. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated and everyone is kind. No lifting, nails are VERY STRONG, and last weeks! I love it here, referring everyone!!!

The staff is very warm and welcoming when I came in but the lady who did my nails was very aggressive and careless. She was pulling my hands without my consent. Her workspace was crammed and messy. I had to tell her multiple times to fix my nails because they were crooked. After asking her so many times she still just wasn’t getting what I asked. The price for a full set is fair at $40 but for a fill they still charge ya $37 which is terrible. I definitely will be getting my nails filled elsewhere.

My very first time here. Later appointment in the day and my nail tech still took the time and effort overtime. Linda is amazing!!! She is a lovely woman and made my visit comfortable and pleasant. I came here all the time pre-covid. They have moved and the new location is very pretty. I made an appointment and 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment my feet are in cold water with no bubbles or anything. No one checked on me. I just sat there. Fine, they overbooked. I get it. But I made and effort and you should too. The ladies rushed and one cut my big toe and the other cut my finger. Sigh. So here are pictures of my manicure that I got done less than 24 hours ago and won't last until my birthday tomorrow which is why I got them done in the first place. There are tons of other places

Came in today for a fill and pedi! I should've taken a before and after of my old nails to compare! We reshaped them: shorter and pointier for almond. This time around, Lily worked on my nails and she did absolutely fantastic! For my toes I also had someone new (for me) her name is Ann! I love the shape she gave them and the message was great!

First time doing my nails in California. If you're in San Diego, definitely come here. Reasonable pricing and EXCEPTIONAL service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt comfortable. I recommend Ms. Linda. She was attentive, polite, and just such a delight. Plus she helped me pick a pretty color lol ❤

I used to love getting my toes done here . But when I got my nails done it was nothing I wanted . At all. I showed them 4 different designs and they couldn't do any . Mind you these designs are easy ones . I showed them the jewels I wanted and they said okay . Right when they were finished and trying to put the jewels on they told me they didn't have any . I asked if they had them . I'm so upset right now and I had to pay for nails I didn't ask for . They didn't even get the shape right . I would give 0 stars. Won't be coming back again.

I don't treat myself to pedicures and manicures often unless I have a vacation or event to attend. I have the mastered the art of doing a French tip manicure and this is the main reason I came to a salon.
I wasn't too concerned about COVID precautions at the salon most worker already wear a mask and gloves during normal operations. This shop created barriers on all the salon chairs for even more protection. You are blocked from all sides when you are sitting in the spa chair. I have suggested to find a nail place, since covid, and I believe I have found my spot. Lily is an amazing nail tech, I went in with a very ugly set from a different shop, and she made me feel beatiful. She made my nails look nicer than I have had before. She was so careful and so precise and I appreciated it so much. Mai did my pedicure and she was amazing also. She complemented me and tried to talk to me the whole time she worked with me.
I went in feeling like a mess and i walked out of there feeling like a new woman.
They were very safe with Covid, there was only 1 other person in the shop

The team at Best Nail are nice; however, their "gel polish" does NOT last. I have unfortunately had to go in as little as two days later to have them fix chips in my nails. I am not sure what they are doing to the gel polish they have as many other salons carry the same pallets and another one I have gone to does not chip. On the plus side they are relatively inexpensive but it;s not worth the gel chipping so often.
