We received personal service from Jessica when buying a condo and having to deal with a newly instated flood designation. She initially issued 2 policies, then through investigating the complete condo structure's insurance ended up canceling our flood insurance and found us a cheaper home owner's policy for the unit. She definitely has you best interest in mind.
