Used Royalty for airport transportation. Ali was easy to work with communicated well. The driver Jerome was very professional. Let me know exactly when he would arrive. Beautiful clean vehicle. Since I do not know the area he showed me points of interest along the way. Made ride very enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Ali was the hero of my sister in law's wedding weekend. THE NIGHT BEFORE HER WEDDING, she tells me she forgot to plan a way for the bridesmaids and moms to actually get to the venue after getting ready at the hotel. She suggested we just go in my goldfish crumb covered mom van but I could not have that!!! I called a few limo services and they were booked...it was so last minute. Royalty Limo was gonna be my last call and I all but gave up hope. Ali asked me some questions and said he could do it!!! We booked right there on the phone. The next day he showed up right on time. The limo was spotless

Royalty Limo was communicative, timely, flexible and professional. Mr. Ali handled the transaction and details, always quick to respond. The driver took 13 teenagers to four pickups and drop offs over a 4 hour period. The stretch hummer was beautiful and super special for the event. Pricing is equal to market price and felt we lucked out in being able to secure a limo on such a busy weekend. We did make arrangements over 3 weeks in advance so glad we were prepared. Mr. Ali sent a final payment reminder the day of and responded to a confirmation email the day before. Experience was A+.

Our experience with Ali and Royalty Limousine for our wedding was fantastic.
Our driver communicated when he was on his way and when he arrived. He made several extra stops between Cuvier Park and Cuvier Club to transport family, bridal party and us with our photographer - even though they weren't part of our pre-planned stops.
We had the white 9 passenger limo, it was nice and exactly like we expected. The only issue we had was we couldn't get the Bluetooth to connect to our phones. It was fine for us since it was a short ride, but you might want to get the drivers help prior to piling

My friends and I used this limo service for my friend's 40th birthday downtown, starting from Carlsbad. Ali was early to pick us up and the limo looked awesome! The lights were cool, the sound system was kicking and there was plenty of room for us to bring small bottles to drink on the way down. It was already stocked with glassware, which was a huge plus to us.
Ali was courteous, professional, funny, and accommodating, even when we asked him to turn around so we could get something we forgot from the house only 10 minutes into the ride. I have a feeling that if we had changed our plans completely

Would not recommend! We were given a quote online for $150 for the Tesla as transportation from our wedding and when we called to book he said it would be $200 and even after sending the quote via email he refused to honor it. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
Edit - ONLY after I left my previous poor review, the owner texted us to offer the lower price. Definitely a company who only cares about reviews and scams their customers. No thanks!

I reserved a large SUV and received a confirmation for a Suburban. I was also told that it would have captains chairs for the second row like in the photos. This was for my father's funeral and my 96 year old mother, brother, sister and her husband were going to ride in it.
When I met my family at the cemetery, I was shocked to find that it was an Explorer not a Suburban sized vehicle. My brother and brother in law were cramped in the small back seat and they told me the driver was unsure how to access the back seat and work the A/C. They were very uncomfortable.

My family was in town and we were thinking about wine tasting as one of the activities. Since I wanted to enjoy the day with them and not be the designated driver we decided to hire a limo.

Ali was the most amazing chauffeur! We were able to use his white limo for my sisters bachelorette and it was by far the best purchase we've made! He was attentive to all our location changes and even took our picture in La Jolla!
Every request or change we asked for he was very accommodating. With COVID affecting so much of the night life, this limo was exactly what we were looking for!

We used Royalty Limousine party bus rental for our daughter's wedding. We had the Party Bus pick up the bridal party at The Hotel La Valencia in La Jolla and drop off at the venue on Tom Ham's lighthouse Harbor Island.
The groomsmen used their SUV wedding limo. It was spectacular. They arrived early ready and waiting both times. The party bus and SUV limo were both clean and fully stocked. The drivers were professional and courteous. Their professionalism made the day run smoothly! We are so happy with their party bus rental and SUV limo service and highly recommend them to all.
