Strange operation. They sent a fax to verify employment on one of my employees then called the next day demanding an explanation of why it wasn't done yet. The fax # on their form to respond doesn't work and the address on the form is both incomplete and outdated. Phone gal was so rude I informed them in writing to communicate with my company by fax only. The employee being verified said they charge a very high interest rate.

They repo’d my car almost 5 years ago. I stopped paying them just because of the service and the harassment. Calling everyday, literally call you today. Then call you tomorrow. They lied multiple occasions so I had enough. I change my phone number. I called them from a phone app( free text and call) and told them that’s my new number. I waited for them to call again as they do and I answered that phone app. Told them I have my card and I’m ready. I made a year and a half of payments on time no issue. COVID hits, I miss 2 payments, I communicate. I have been making my payments on time for the past 4 months. They are reporting to my credit report "missed payments" for the last 6 months FALSE. They are also charging me a $15 late fee every month and not reporting that I am paying. I understand if you are saying I am paying the back months (which is what they originally told me) and dinging me for late fees - but lying about making payments that are documented? My loan increased by almost 300$ and I paid a large sum which helped me stay on top of it for a year then after asking for my balance it's like I'm 4 months behind in payments when I asked what was going on the teller put me on hold then the phone started ringing like she connected me to another line but no one answered.

I've never been any more than 1 day late on my payments since ive had my car (6 MONTHS) and since that time 3 months ago when my payment was 1 day late, I get 15 days out from when my payment is due, and Lincoln Financial Turns the ignition off in my car BEFORE the payment is due??
When I confront their rude as hell customer service department about it politely and tactfully, they tried to refute the fact that its happening altogether.
Excuses:
1)"Well maybe its a bad battery"-Nope had it tested its brand new.
2) "Well it could be your starter"-Wrong again had it tested also brand new nice

I havent had any issues with them and my car is already half way paid off. They make it easy to make payments over the phone (with a small fee) or if you have any questions they are pretty quick to answer. It is a high interest rate, but at the time of the loan my credit was not good and I was very thankful they took the chance on me. Now my credit has been going up because I pay on time.

Let me be the first one to say TINA is the worst representative of all in that company. She is rude, ghetto, and think she can over rule you with everything . Talking over you instead of listening to you . First time I had my car taken away was there fault because they didn’t even receive the payment on time because of the system. They don’t try to work with you, each and every one of them is just rude including the manager Susan. What kind of company is this ! Poor service of all !!!

I would not recommend them and if I could give them negative stars I would. I called to make a payment and after better than 5 minutes if being on hold, I was taken off hold and listened to multiple women laughing and talking about personal things. When I said "hello?" I was put back on hold. Terrible customer service! I cannot even make a payment. This happens ALOT. They are never friendly or professional- not once in over a year. Subprime sharks.

If you want a car from a dealership and you see that it is financed by “Lincoln financial” turn around and walk out that door. The people there are horrible and rude. They argue with you over the phone and if they call you they only call you to start an argument. Management is the worst I have ever seen, they are a bunch of unprofessional idiots.

Terrible Loan Company- I would not recommend them. I have had my car loan for almost a year and have Never been late. Not even once. Recently, I became sick and lost over 10 days of work. Now, they are saying that they dont do "deferments" like every other car company in the world does, so I am not late. They are "different" they said. (To say the least and not in a good way). Out of a $338.00 payment, they want $200 and, they threatened to take the car - and I'm not even late yet! TERRIBLE Customer Service as well. DON'T get a loan with this heartless company.

I've never had a problem with this company. I even ran into some trouble when I lost my job & they worked with me. They were VERY understanding & kind. Everyone I've spoken with has been polite & nice. They are very compassionate & empathetic people. I can't speak for anyone's situation but my own. I just know that they worked with me had my back in my time of need. I have 2 payments left on my vehicle & when time comes for me to finance another car, I will more than likely have them finance my new car. They're pretty awesome,

Never had a problem with these guys. Even when my payment is oat they are very polite they never call and bother me at work. Very nice people. If you were making your payments on time you would have never had to deal with a report and all the hassle of it. So pay your bills and stop complaining about these nice people.

With the help and trust I get from this finance company is very helpful. The staff are all helpful in questions I had and the company has multiple ways you can make your payment on time. I had hit a hardship & was struggling to make me bills. Lincoln Financial worked with me & was completely understanding after multiple missed due dates, payments not in full. They understood the situation & wanted to know when it was possible to make my bill or a minimum payment A.S.A.P to avoid any extra late fees that must be added. I am disappointed in the run around I am getting. I paid the required fees to the this place. I was then told that because the car was being auctioned that I have to wait to find out what the dealership fees are as they prepped the car for auction. It has been a week since I paid for the fees and I still don't have my car back. I filed with the BBB because this is insane. Having a title doesn't mean it is a business. I want my car back.
