SCAMMERS! Bought a laptop from us off of eBay, swapped the display out with a broken one and then opened a return 2 weeks after it was delivered saying the laptop arrived broken. No other damage to the outside of the computer at all. If I could give less than one star I would. Would not trust this company. They must really be hurting for money.

Had tried to get my computer updated (Needed a bios update in order to use a new CPU) over at Tech2U and they had my computer for days and couldn't do the work because they had no CPUs to test (which to me is confusing how do you do diagnostic's without CPUs) come to Vegas micro and they say they'll do it in a day for half the price. Will be using Vegas micro as my go to computer repair from now on

Mani was extremely helpful all throughout the process of fixing my computer. He went above and beyond to try and save my precious data and even my wedding video 😫. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and never left me wondering what was happening with my computer. I highly, highly recommend Vegas Micro. A horrible company that has horrible customer service and a owner who does not care about his customers only money. Spoke to the owner Mark Kane who now lives in Colorado and told him that I would be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and he told me to leave his facility right now and would not fix my computer that I bought 3 months ago and that has been in for repair 7 times in 3 months.Contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a claim. STAY AWAY
