I needed to get a quote on repairing my laptop after I had a car accident, so I messaged them on Yelp and I had an immediate response. They told me I could walk-in whenever. When I went in, I was greeted and they immediately went into finding the info needed to repair.l and told me they would email me later. In a few hours I was emailed a quote and it was better priced than Best Buy.

Friendly service, terrible communication. Dropped off laptop (not charging even replacing with brand new battery) and was told I'd recieved a call within 24-48 hours. A week passes by, nothing. I call for an update, person I spoke to told me it was still being looked at, fine. Get a call couple days later, I'm told it was a faulty DC jack and that it would need to be replaced. Was told it would most likely get done by the weekend. The following Wednesday comes, still nothing so I called. So now I'm told that they've replaced the DC jack but still not getting any power to the

Very helpful and informative. Tried to figure out why my PC was in a bios loop, thankfully this place has solved my issue! I originally went to Best Buy, to see if they can help solve the i issue. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Best Buy, unless you want to get ripped off. It was $200 just for a diagnostic at Best Buy, here at dukes they do it for free. Thankful, that these guys even gave a discount on top of solving my Pc issue. I had a dying SSD, they went and replaced it and reinstalled a new OS. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs help with their PC. I had a custom built PC

What an amazing place, and great down to earth people. They tell it like how it is. Went in for a black screen computer fix, they gave me a good run down of everything that needed fixing, and fixed computer for a fair price. The best part is I asked one of the guys Tony to take a look at my broken iPhone screen for three years now, to see how much it was. He noticed right away that I had a glass protector on my screen, and the screen wasn't shattered at all. Great people

If I can give no stars I would! I've had my laptop with them since March and it is now mid July! I've been calling and calling for the past couple months in regards to my laptop and for some reason the part they ordered keeps getting pushed back. I've contacted apple who they are ordering the part from and apple confirms they are not having any delays with shipping out parts! The staff as well always tell me they will call me back with an update on my laptop or when they talk to a manager and it never happens! I paid for my part and services up front and still nothing! Best service I've received in vegas on my computer! And they even picked it up and dropped it off when they were finished! I was having car trouble so I couldn't drive anywhere and they were the only company I saw that could pick up my computer.
Very friendly/fast service too! I was thinking I needed a wifi chip installed, but they did a free diagnoses and informed me I only needed a wifi adapter. And the adapter ended up being a lot cheaper than the wifi chip anyway! That's how you know they're a good/honest company when they try to save you money and offer the best advice

I had a few issues with my iMac desktop computer and contacted Duke of Computers. Reached Daniel who set up an appointment with me to come to my home and check the issue. A few clicks and he saw that my iOS system that was running was about 5 years old. He offered to take the computer to the shop which is very close to my home, Rampart and Lake Mead in Summerlin and I would have back within 48 hours with new updated iOS Big Sur operating system. DOC really saved the day in my panicked state when my LCD laptop monitor went out; they were responsive even after hours, the were patient with me even when I was not, they were the most affordable, they completed work start to finish in what I thought was a timely manner given the circumstance, and best of all they pick up and deliver for free all with kindness and a smile.
I really hope I don't need to use them again but if I do, I'll be sure to reach out to them first.

This shop worked well with my husbands Lenovo all in one. Then I came in with a CPU that needed to be wipe clean so I could donate it to a CCSD student (CCSD's Chromebooks leave much to be desired). The Dan and Douglas both worked with me and understood what I needed. They set up multiple accounts in the windows environment, so the student's caretaker would have parental right (administrative rights) and the student would not. These guys were very generous with their time and all the questions I had for the situation. They are now my go to place as well as my husbands. Hat's off to the Duke!

I took my laptop in as it had an issue and was given a timeline of 48 hours. I received a call the next day with an estimate to fix the problem.
The second day I called and it was ready for pickup. The repair was done at a very reasonable price. Service was very friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

Since Im not really computer savvy, have been to several computer repair/ support places. DUKE OF COMPUTERS definitely the best choice. Very professional, friendly and helpful with whatever your problem might be. I've had them for service in my home and taken my portable devices in the store for ssrvice. They are the best. Great computer repair store! I was having issues with my gaming pc and took it to duke of Computers and couldn't be happier. They have really good Communication and the two staff members I worked with ( Dan and Justin) were super friendly. They were willing to take time with me and talked me through my options. I can highly recommend this store.

I email them about the issue I'm having with my monitor. I get a call and a voicemail asking me to bring it in so they can take a look at it. I bring it in and the guys says "we don't work on monitors, because it's easy to replace the whole thing" dude wouldn't even look at me.

Great service! My computer is functioning great with the new battery and hinge repair and replacement. The quote I received was more than fair for the work that was done and I got my computer back within the timeframe that I needed it. The owner and employees were always friendly on the phone and in person and I can't speak highly enough of them because they answered all my questions and kept me up to date on what was going on and when everything would be completed. While I hope to not need any computer repairs again soon, if or when I do, I'm definitely bringing it back to Duke of Computers

They have fixed it in a matter of hours , wiped my computer and saved my files for me all at a very reasonable cost.
Diagnostic is FREE which is Awesome!.

Been to the other location on Lake Mead and Rampart in the past but this store is closer to home.
Yesterday my hard drive kicked the bucket on my I-MAC and Daniel saved and recovered everything I had. All my thousands of photos and files!!The price was very reasonable.
Today I brought in two iPads to him for help, one that had a broken charging cord stuck in the port that he fixed with no charge. The other he was honest and told me its not cost effective to repair.
He's was upfront and honest about fees, turn time, and the extent of the problem. Thanks Daniel!

5 Star Service, Communication and Customer Service. Purchased a Cyberpower computer on Ebay and received the computer with a corrupted OS. Luckily it still had a windows 10 key so not a total loss! Took the computer for a free diagnosis which is rare to find, and hoped that the OS was the only issue. After going back and forth with the seller, she requested I return the PC for a full refund and not pay for the repair. I communicated this to the shop and said I would just pick up the PC and move from there. The owner was super nice and preformed the repair for me for free as he had already diagnosed
