C & P Body Shop had my vehicle from February 19th thru April 21st only to be told on April 21st that it was a Total Loss. My contact person at C & P was P. D., who voluntarily told me he use to work for State Farm (who my insurance was with). Communication regarding updates was always initiated by me. I was given three different completion dates from P. D. The initial date was March 19th but I waited until March 20th to contact him only to be told my vehicle wasn't ready. On the date I returned the rental vehicle, April 21st, I stopped by C & P to get an update. I was told my vehicle was at the

I was very Happy with the work done on my 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Randal was VERY helpful & professional, kept me up to date on the work.Other shops in same area to get same work, but I Choose them every time!! The front desk service could be improved, its an Easy reminder to smile!
