Above, that's my dad, Jack, carrying my son, Max, into the flower shop. Jack is officially retired, after doing this for over 50 years. We bring him out of retirement all the time to help us with flower deliveries, making corsages, taking care of the plants, and help out wherever we need him. I have been designing flowers and managing the flower shop here in Havertown for over 20 years.
We work hard to create your flowers exactly like you see them on our site, but it may be necessary to create your bouquet with other flowers due to the availability of certain flowers. Terrible customer service!!!!! Does not respond to emails. Provided a quote finally when I called. I asked for a revision and said we can’t take your order. There’s no flowers available anymore and we just can’t do your order. This flower shop is a preferred vendor for our wedding venue. Good I did not go with them otherwise we would have no flowers for our wedding day. Do not buy from them. Again horrible customer service!!!!

The owner is a sweetheart and made my experience an awsome one!!!! Stay away from the 1-800-florist because they are a scam and a rip off...I know this by a really bad experience I personally had. I will use Belvedere Florist from now on....Thanks Belvedere!!!

I can’t say enough about Belvedere Flowers! I made the mistake of using a local florist here in Charlotte, NC to send flowers to my mom in Broomall, PA. Let’s just say I got the worst daughter award for Mother’s Day since they never showed up!
With Belvedere I ordered Friday late after noon and the beautiful arrangement was at mom’s early afternoon Saturday.
Needless to say mom loved them! She also loved that the delivery person called and told her they had sanitized her hands, etc before she delivered.
Thank you Belvedere for saving the day!
