I went to Trillium to purchase plants for my apartment! I had been there before and they knew I had cats! They sold my husband a bouquet of Star-gazer Lilly's which my cat ate a piece of and went into kidney failure. To date we have a $3,000.00 hospital bill to try and save my cat. We definitely are taking them to court! We lost money on cancellations on a vacation and absolutely no care or response from them having done business there several times! We are heart-broken! They sold us green plants that were cat friendly....but turned around and sold us a poisonous plant that nearly killed my cat

Trillium in Ardmore creates absolutely stunning floral arrangements regardless of your budget. I have had many occasions to use their services and it is always a very positive experience. My favorite flower shop ... I have never been disappointed. I like that it is a small, independent, locally owned business ... they are truly like the old fashioned shops we seem to want but can no longer find. They listen to everything, give great advice, they are very knowledgeable and they design the most exquisite and unique arrangements I have ever seen. They have been my florist long before they moved from Gladwyne to Ardmore .... I'm so glad they are closer now ! My Easter arrangement was admired by everyone !

I went in here the day before Mothers Day. I had been a Brills customer for years but was unaware they closed. What a nice to surprise to find out that many of the staff were former Brill employees.

Received a BEAUTIFUL succulent garden as a present for Christmas from Trillium. I've wanted one for awhile now and it was my favorite present yet. It is such a stand out and unique piece that everybody notices when they walk into my apartment! Great place to get beautiful and unique arrangements, with great customer service.

Planning a memorial from a different state was a little challenging. Booker made it super easy and shared pictures with me so I felt comfortable with my pick. She has awesome customer service and I can tell she is passionate about what she does. I wanted a few flowers last minute. She didn't have them in the store but she called another flower shop to arrange them for me. All I had to do was pick them up and pay. Thank you so much Trillium for everything. Perfect all around...I went to Trillium for a last minute housewarming arrangement and within 1 hour, I left with a beautiful plant arrangement wrapped beautifully ....under $25!
Let's just say that I do not have a green thumb and the folks there kinda gathered that from my line of questions. They were all very patient with me and extremely helpful!!!
With their help, I was able to pick an amazing peace lily arrangement and came back in an hour and it was exquisitely wrapped and ready to go.
I will definitely be back, Trillium. You definitely made my day!

Worst experience I have ever had calling a florist. Owning my own business the customer always comes first and if there are challenges in accommodating the customers request try to help them find an alternative. In calling this florist I asked to send a bouquet to my grandmother and as soon as I was finished the person on the phone bluntly said "NO". I asked why because all she said was NO. The girl precedes to tell me they have to much work/orders to get out in snotty way and that all she could do was send an orchid. With terrible customer service and not treating all customers

Trillium just moved to Ardmore, and they are located on Rittenhouse Place. I noticed their pretty little shop as I was driving by, and I haven't even had a chance to go in yet. But I was in a bind today, needing a present for a friend that was coming by our office, and I rang up Trillium.
Booker answered the phone and she was awesome! I told her what I needed, and she walked me through some questions to help figure out the perfect arrangement and details for my friend. She helped me remember a card and she even offered to deliver the flowers right to my desk since I am swamped over here
