My experience with Orlando Limo Ride has always been completely positive! Their rates are always the cheapest, their customer service is top-notch, and their timeliness is impeccable. I cannot recommend them enough! We were very pleased with the service during our stay in Orlando and our trip to and from the cruise port at Cape Canaveral.
They were on time and the ride with good. We had eight people and there was plenty of room for us and all of our luggage. Would definitely use them again for the price. I hired Orlando Limo to take my Sweety and I out for a night on the town this past Valentine's day. They showed up ten minutes early and were very professional.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Nelson was our driver. He called prior to arrival, was very professional and even took great effort arranging/staging some awesome photos for our group! This was a wonderful and awesome Christmas night surprise for my wife. It was an amazing experience. Our chauffeur Luis was very cool and punctual and patience. Louis made the trip more exciting than it already was! He was happy to adjust lighting, music, and temperature. His happy energy and the fun playlist he used was awesome. The limo was clean and ran smoothly. I would definitely use them again!

Thank you Nelson so much for your professionalism. He knew exactly where to place everyone in the Limo. My mom has a bad knee, the girls has gowns , so he led everyone to where he would recommend we best sit. The music we played was awesome, the beautiful champion glasses were definitely put to use. Nelson was amazing chauffeur! He arrived promptly to pick me and my bridesmaid up for my wedding. The limo was super clean and spacious. We were able to our own play music. We also we’re able to schedule the limo accordingly. There was great communication. Overall, highly recommended!

Great service and awesome driver. Our flight was delayed one hour on Thanksgiving day the the pilot and flight crew showed up fourty minutes earlier than expected. I was not sure how this would affect our pickup ,but our driver Nelson was waiting for us at baggage when we arrived. He interacted great with the kids and took lots of pictures for us it was a truly special ride.

I would like to thank Orlando Limo Ride for the upgrade to the stretch limo with no extra charge. It made all the difference and made the newly married couple ( my daughter and new son in-law) feel like royalty. They both were very impressed with the car and also with Danny their driver. He was very professional, polite and even arrived early.
It made me a hero in my daughters eyes. Thank you! I will definitely use this company again.

Driver was late. Clearly didn't give a crap if we had a good experience or not. Imagine the worst cab ride in New York you have ever had. This experience was worse. When we complained to management, they essentially said "tough crap" and only tried to hurry us off the phone. BUYER BEWARE. You're better off getting an uber or three than going with these guys. Actually, you're probably better off hitchhiking.

To celebrate a friends 30th birthday we rented a limo to take us around town. The driver arrived early and had a sign with my name on it (misspelled but no big deal).
When I told the driver we would be putting our alcohol in it he said "I need to make a call to confirm you can drink. I didn't think you were allowed". I said, " Yes please do call because this was a specific topic I called about having read the other reviews before deciding on this company" (and to be candid, for $530 I would expect to do as I please).

This Company has NO business being in the Service Industry! Absolutely horrible customer service. The Simply do NOT care about you. In fact I was told to "go ahead and leave a negative review, it would not matter in the least bit.
I booked a Limo to pick up a group of women from a private home and transfer them to downtown Orlando and a return trip later that night. The driver showed up an hour early and when he was told they would probably be running a few minutes late, he sad that is fine, but when the scheduled transfer time came I received a call saying they must leave immediately. Driver was late. We hired the limo to take my fiancé to our wedding. We were told 645 to leave at 7. Driver shows up a 705. When the driver encountered some traffic issues and one part of orange that was closed he failed to find an alternate route to the wedding. DRIVER JUST GIVES UP AND TELLS MY FIANCÉ AND GUESTS TO GET OUT AND WALK LIKE 8 BLOCKS TO HER OWN WEDDING! Absolutely reprehensible. I will never use them again. As a reward for a job well done our manager reserved Orlando Limo Ride to take our party of 9 to Texas DeBrazil from the East Orlando area. From beginning to end this company was very professional, called in advance to confirm, arrived promptly and we were quickly and safely transported to and from our destination. They gave us the most affordable quote but we did not feel like "bargain" shoppers at all and in fact felt as we were treated VIP. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I just finished a four hour birthday pub crawl in the Winter Park area. We met at Cask & Larder then went to ABC to do some champagne shopping, Ravenous Pig for lunch, Hillstone to drink on the lawn, Cocina 214 for a margarita and ended again at Cask Larder. Their service was great! We had them take our family in a stretch limo to Universal Studios, a cruise in Port Canaveral, and DisneyWorld. The cars were in great shape and were very clean.
The driver was very professional and even took us to a store to grab some things without any complaint or extra charges.
