This was the worst experience never had the surgery because the doctor canceled twice for personal reasons which I understood but they don’t reschedule the canceled appointment with priority they put you on some sort of waiting list they don’t care the plans you have made for surgery
The doctor does not make it a priority to schedule the canceled surgeries because he already has a schedule
I understand his issues but he should also care about the patients he canceled and cannot provide a new date
I waited two weeks and all I got was excuses. I canceled due to the poor management and work

Horrible service by the doctor and the facility canceled my surgery and will not give priority to the patients he canceled - do not call back to provide explanation - clearly do not respect people time and then want to give excuses about refunding my money which is well over 10,000.
I have never had to deal with such incompetence and rude company - The manager Madonna cannot assist in any way Javier the manager does not even answer calls or address any issues since this place is clearly more of a people factory - one star is overrated

The worst patient coordinators ever. They don't do VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS so if you're out of state you are in trouble. You'll get stuck a patient coordinator with a thick heavy accent who is loud, rude, and obnoxious. They are so rude it's unbelievable and they quote you wrong prices and are not apologetic about it. Lastly, when you get tired of their BS and ask for manager like you'll get nothing but the run-around. This place is not worth you time this is the worst experience of my life and I was simply trying to book with the clinic.

Here is what you should expect. You are sold a great story. You pay for your surgery. Then you have your surgery and told all will be fine. If you have a complication you are left stranded. You end up going to an ER where the doctors say "Your plastic surgeon took your money and abandoned you!" Then you get a huge hospital bill. These plastic surgeons are crooks! Do your research! Ask questions! See what followup you will get. Looks at the review but make sure they are real review. i saw him and for a vaser lipo he told me i will have a drain out of my belly button for 1 WEEK ,,,???? !!!! it sound so weird because no one use drain anymore for lipo since the 90's and especially for Vaser wich is a new technic ,,,,
anyway his office and himself scared me and made me feel unconfortable , in fact , on his web site he says he flight private to see patients but reality is his office is located in a spanish guettho !!!!!!!! so i went online to see his reviews because i was very septical about this surgeon and i saw all his botched
