I had arranged for a limo service from a different company to pick me up at the airport. Unfortunately my flight was delayed over three hours and I got a text that the driver was unable to pick up our party. I was quite upset because I did not get the message until I had boarded the plane and was waiting for takeoff. Then before I landed I got a message that they had arranged for Stellar Limo to pick us up. Milton was wonderful and I totally enjoyed the ride home he kept us all entertained. He had to do a two stop drop off and even though it was such a late hour was so kind and helpful. I totally

Milton was our driver and he was the best combination of welcoming & funny without forcing the conversation and being too talkative. We were very excited to see that he was also our driver on our return trip to the airport. Great driver! We booked through Limos.com but will definitely book through you next time. TERRIBLE SERVICE through limos.com, we had scheduled a 6:30AM pick up for a ride to the airport, when I called the driver at 6:45AM asking where he was, it was obvious I had just woken him up. Then at 7AM I called again to see where he was and he informed me he was still 10-15 minutes away and he had also forgotten the child seat that we had requested when initially booking the ride. I was forced to cut my losses and drive my family to the airport myself so we didn't miss our flight. Are you ready for the icing on the cake? They still had the nerve to charge my credit card for the trip!!!

We ordered Stellar Limousine service in LA because we didn't want to wait for a taxi or take shuttles on our vacation. Stellar Limousine service is very economically priced and top notch. There were four us of us and we wanted to be in a comfortable ride to our hotels and back to the airport. We landed in Lax after a 5 1/2 hour flight from Hawaii and Milton arrived. We got to experience three rode trips with Milton, and he was the BEST EVER! My husband, myself and our grandchildren, received entertaining, fun, and just an overall wonderful experience with Milton. He went over and beyond and

Do not do business with this company. We booked them through limos.com and they never showed up. we got a confirmation text the morning of confirming and had the company's phone number. I called Stellar limousine 5 minutes before they were to pick us up to tell them exactly where we were. they seemed to have no idea about the

Excellent Service! We ordered a town car for transport from LAX to the Disney hotel so we could get there as soon as possible. The driver, Milton, showed up in a new SUV and the whole experience was great! We met right outside baggage claim, it was easy to spot him and he said he would have us there in 45 minutes but only took about 40. He knows the roads and traffic well. We thought we would use the Disney shuttle for the return but he was so great we booked that right with him before we even got out of the car. He picked my wife and I up from our wedding and he was on time. That's the positive part. But then, he didn't even give a single "congratulations," nor say much other than when we said we were thirsty in conversation with ourselves, he said he had waters in the side compartment. The whole service was, well, average. Adequate. Nothing exceptional.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. We have used Stellar Limo for years now when visiting CA and have always been pleased with their service. Milton is always my first choice for drivers however, I have never had a bad experience with any of the other drivers. Milton is so accommodating and trustworthy. When my son flies in on his own occasionally, Milton is a must. He's the only driver I trust with my son. I know he will be in good hands.

My experience with this service via limos.com was terrible. Milton, my driver, refused to meet me at the baggage claim at LAX after an 11 hour trip despite my having paid extra for this service. I had to wait by the curb for 20 minutes, and when he finally showed up, he didn't even help me with my luggage. it would have been faster to take a taxi.
The vehicle was a small, basic Lincoln sedan with no water or newspapers.
To add insult to injury, they still charged me for the baggage claim greeting that the driver refused to do.

I really appreciated how Edi followed up with a text to see if everything was ok with our service. The drivers were prompt and knew where to go. They listened my request and understood clearly what to do. They made the night in Hollywood a great night. It was raining and the drives even waited for me outside until we were ready to exit and enter the limo.
The driver texted me when they were outside which I think was a great service. I will be using these guys again.

What a wonderful, professional service! I had the pleasure of having Edi as my driver a few weeks ago. My elderly mother was in town, so we were not the "party" crowd, but needed some special attention to make our night out fun. Edi could not have been more charming and delightful and capable. We felt very well taken care of the entire evening. I highly recommend this company.
