I couldn’t be happier! After being hit in a parking lot by a semi-truck.. needless to say— dealing with insurance companies is stressful, time consuming and very overwhelming- especially before the holidays. These folks reduced the stress for me. One place stated they couldn’t get me in for several months due to covid and inclement weather. These folks not only got me in right away, but finished my car in 3 days! They were very communicative, friendly and easy to work with. This is a unibody vehicle, that mean no sections, solid body. With before and after pictures it shows the level of skill/mastery in returning this car back to its original condition. A DEFINITE Hidden Gem in the Middle of a main thoroughfare even the driveway is hidden, that you don't realize where the entrance is actually located. I will DEFINITELY be returning to have ANY/ALL Vehicle's I need worked on, I'll be bringing it to them. AND They also work with you with what you can afford to have done, now this doesn't mean you get it for free HOWEVER they are MOST DEFINITELY worth my Patronage and

Showed up there for an estimate and spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the place.. in the meantime nobody answered and my car started overheating. Once I got there I was apparently leaking fluid and told I couldn't drive home.. she kept asking me about getting my car towed as I cried my eyes out on the phone trying to figure it out and told me they'd give me an estimate for just the bumper and then changed her mind. I ended up leaving down the hill because she wouldn't stop asking about me getting my car towed and I had my 1 year old with me & just wanted a minute to figure things

I live in Southern California, and my daughter is a college student up in Seattle. A few weeks ago, she was in an accident that caused a lot of damage to her car. We had to find some way to get it fixed, but being two states away, we didn't really know who to call or where to go. So I looked around Google and Yelp and International Auto Body had a lot of glowing reviews. So I emailed Dan and I showed him pictures of what kind of repairs we needed fixed, and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
