My daughter was rear ended and her car was totaled. After waiting over a month for the insurance company to come see it...Streamline towed it to their shop and took over handling the insurance company. They were in constant contact with us throughout the process! They fought doggedly to get us the most money we could get (to replace her car) cannot reccomend enough! Incredible team at Streamline!! The staff at Streamline is kind, concerned and easy to talk to. They explain everything they do, they are honest every step of the way, and they even have a rental car company on-site which was super convenient. Being a woman can be scary when you go to have your car looked at, but they made me feel relaxed and gave me options so I didn't feel taken advantage of. Thank you so much!

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who ever has an accident or needs collision work. You have the choice of where your vehicle is towed to! This shop advised me of my rights, pulled the truck apart and found repairs exceeding the insurance adjusters quote by almost 20k! I can’t imagine if another shop tried to repair it. They then helped me negotiate my settlement and everything I was owed! I would have been totally lost without Streamline and I will refer them forever!!

The streamline team did a review of my son's car that was hit 1 week before he left for the Marines. After the review they determined the work needed would exceed the value so the car was totaled. The team worked closely with me to ensure that my son received the best value from the insurance company. Because of them, my son will receive over $3k more than the original offer from ins. Streamline went above and beyond to restore our Subaru to the condition it was prior to the accident. It actually might look even better! They were extremely thorough, and made sure that our vehicle was safe and looked great. Streamline also helped us through the entire process of dealing with the insurance company as well. I cannot say enough about Streamline Auto Body. I was involved in an accident that took off about 1/3 of my front bumper. Fortunately, there were no injuries. Took the car up to John, called my Insurance Co. and drove home to wait for an answer from the Insurance. Simply put, Insurance wanted to declare my car, a 2007, with 80,000 miles on it. a total loss. I was heartbroken I immediately called Streamline and was given advice, as to what to do in this situation. Too many details. I did what they advised and, Happy Ending, I now have my Beautiful Car back, all restored, and driving beautifully

Another long overdue review. A few years ago, Streamline painted my Subaru. I was doing an in depth restoration on the car and John had the patience in dealing with a few of my difficult requests, including me bringing the car to the shop partially disassembled. They completed a full repaint including a color change on part of my car. With body shops, you generally get what you pay for in terms of quality, but I feel like it was a good deal considering the hours into it. Thanks again.

I would highly recommend Streamline for all auto body repairs. My daughters BMW was rear ended pretty badly and Chris Mack from Streamline dealt directly with the insurance company and made the entire process painless. Best of all, the quality of work is exceptional!! The car looks better than new. The entire team paid attention to every detail and would not let the car leave unless it is as safe as the day it was driven off the lot when it was new.
