Lighthouse Apartments a great company to work with in all aspects!!
We had been looking to move from a 3rd floor apartment in Erie, Pa for several reasons, we just needed to move, bad neighbors, loud bass cars, traffic, safety issues and being older climbing 36 steps across two flights of stairs was not good for our knees. Hauling groceries up that far even with a stair climbing cart became very arduous. I have been renting from lighthouse Apartments for 3 years now. Cory and Sarah have gone out of their way to accommodate our family and for that I am greatful. Their properties are always top notch when compared to others in the area. I rented a 1BR apartment from lighthouse for 1.5 years. I have rented from a few large companies before. Lighthouse gives you the quality and professionalism of a large company but with the compassion and attentiveness of a single home landlord. The owners are very professional and extremely responsive to texts and calls. Beautiful apartments that are well kept. Snow, garbage and grass are all dealt with in a timely manor. I bought a house that Cory and Sarah were flipping. From day 1, they kept me updated on the progress of the house, asked for my preference in regard to details about the house, and was always available if I had questions or concerns about anything. They went above and beyond, adding details that were not part of the original sales contract. They spent a lot of extra time and money, adding so many details to this house just because they knew it would make my life easier with 4 boys. With all those details and improvements, they never increased the selling price of the house. They are genuine people

They never take care of the parking lot at the Allegheny Overlook Apartments. An elderly lady fell last week because they don't salt the parking lot. They charge $1,400 for rent for these apartments and they expect their tenants to salt for them. at these prices, they shouldn't have to salt anything. I hope the lady sues that fell. They have already been warned that the parking lot gets really icy and they choose to not take care of the problem. They claim to be people of God but really they just do anything to make a dime off of someone.

I was recently looking for an apartment as I had decided to sell my home and downsize. I contacted all of the apartment facilities in the Oil City area and was chagrined to find that nothing was available. The very next day, Cory Masterson phoned to say that they had just had a space become available and after going that evening to Allegheny Overlook to check it out, I leased the apartment. These folks have been so very accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my transition is an easy one. I look forward to Christmas in my new home!!
