Super nice tenants. Cheap, you get a laundry building. I’ve loved my time here and honestly might re-sign for another year.

I have lived here for a couple of years and have no complaints. The rent is so affordable and the apartments are cute. i couldn't keep paying double that for stuff I didn't use or need. It is right across the road from SRU and even though I have a car (free parking ) it was easier to walk! The people in the office are nice and when I needed something, they had it taken care of right away

Pine Glenn apartments are very outdated and dirty. They claim to have the carpets scrubbed but there was a huge wax stain on the carpet when moving in and we have to pay to have the carpets scrubbed when moving out. Upon moving in there is a hole in the bedroom door, the oven never worked and the stove top was temperamental, along with the oven knob being broken which we fixed but it broke immediately after the next use, the linoleum in the kitchen is peeling off the floor(cheapest kind you can get), the exhaust vents in the bathroom and kitchen were filthy, the blinds in the living room broke

Very cheap so and you are definitely getting what you pay for.. Everything was falling apart, water stains all over the ceiling, sinks leaked, all the blinds broke as soon as you pulled on the string to raise them- very old needs updated very bad. Half the stove worked. Leaned against the wall to put my shoe on and my hand went right through it.. my neighbors steps broke twice while walking up. The windows don't sink up together and are very hard to lock. Carpets were dirty and stained when I moved in- then I got charged to clean them. Left something in my apartment and called to ask them if they
