Campus Edge

Landlord is unreliable and rude. She takes care of multiple places and many other residents from all the other places that is under their lease are not pleased at all with their stay. Poor management. Very poor.

Campus Edge is a quiet place to live overall. It is in a good location near sru. The General Manager of campus edge is extremely rude and stuck up. She sends disrespectful and childish emails to all residents often. All they want is your money and they will do anything to rip you off. Would not live here again.

I’ve worked here for a year and when I cam back to Slippery Rock from taking a semester off this was my first and best option! It’s completely affordable and the marketing associates at the desk, the maintenance team, and the GM have been absolutely amazing! They are super nice and always helpful! Overall it is a wonderful and place to live!

There’s a few bad reviews on here but I can honestly say the good ones out weigh them. I’ve been living at Campus Edge since august 2019 and I’ve loved it here ... great staff ... apartment sizes are nice ... gym & laundry room ... lobby with computers ... it’s a good set up. If you’re looking for a solid college type apartment at a reasonable price I recommend Campus edge.

I'm a current resident of this property and I cannot give this place enough gold stars. I've lived at multiple apartment complex's during my time in Slippery Rock and this one takes the cake. The prices are extremely great especially for single living-- which there are not a lot of single living options in this town. I lived here for two years, during which management changed significantly. I will say that they did a good job managing these changes. Their staff were friendly and OVERALL professional. However, I experienced many issues with the apartment itself as well as management. The apartment was overpriced and even when I re-signed, I was not offered any of the accommodations that other re-signers were given (i.e. cheaper rent or amount off for one month). Please beware before renting a unit at this place. My son has lived here for 2 years. There are hidden fees and rate increases. The final blow was move out. We were charged a higher last month's rental rate for cleaning. We were also hit with additional $95.00 of cleaning fees from out deposit. We followed the move out instructions and made sure the place was spotless. The manager said the charges were for a ring in the toilet (we moved out a month early so I am sure this is for the toilet not being flushed) and charges for a bottle of hot sauce left in the fridge.

Beware before renting a unit at Campus Edge. I am currently a student at Slippery Rock University, and from one student to the next I can not stress this enough, DO NOT LIVE AT CAMPUS EDGE. Upon move in, we were not allowed to see our apartment, and many additional fees were added and rates were increased without notice.
