I recently refinanced with Berins Enterprises and here are my thoughts. First off they had an incredibly friendly staff. I worked with Sam and he made my refinancing painless and kept me informed on the different steps through out the whole process. Extremely responsive and flexible, they were willing to work around my schedule which I truly appreciate. They were able to lock in a great rate for me, lower my mortgage length a year, and help me in removing my PMI by switching me from an FHA loan to a conventional home loan.
