Beautiful apartments but there are several cons about the complex.
1. No playground for kids on site. You have to drive to a park or if you're walking, you have to risk crossing busy River Road...with kids.
2. No Pool for similar price of other luxury apartments.
3. Gym is way too small and akwardly placed. It's shared with the location where packages are picked up so count on walking in to the middle of people's workouts (i.e. grunting and sweat smell) and also if you workout, you'll be interrupted by people picking up packages and saying hello/making eye contact while trying to get a decent

I have lived in these apartments for over 6 months with few problems but after my experience today I would not recommend renting here. The complex has undergone multiple management changes in my short time living here and unfortunately these changes seem to have been for the worse. This morning I was met with a large industrial size difficult to remove notice on my windshield due to my parking sticker not being adequately displayed. My tag had actually been displayed but had slipped out of view. I understand that parking is unfortunately a problem at this complex and this may be way for them to

Great place to live and convinced to major highways. However, not kid friendly that was the only deal breaker.

I loved living at riverwalk. I looked at similar complexes in saddlebrook and englewood, but for this price the interior of riverwalk apts were the best. The one bedroom I rented was GIANT and the finishes were gorgeous. High end appliances, quartz counter top, really pretty glass backsplash and dark wood floors. It was nice that I was the first one to live in the apt Bc I am a clean freak. The super hector is really friendly and gets to know every resident, always available if you need something. So is Aaron , the leasing manager. they are open to feedback from residents at any time. For example

There is no security cameras looking at the parking lots. My car's cat converter was stolen. I spent $1000 to get a replacement. Police can't do anything about it because there was no sign of the thief.

This place was a bad move for me, personally. I had come from a doorman building 15 minutes out of NYC with a rooftop pool and indoor garage parking. In a misguided attempt to save $400 a month and shorten my commute, I landed here. The reality is that the additional $400 was well worth it. Hindsight happens. Short version: While Riverwalk is better than most area apartments I've seen, that's because there's no existing market for luxury rentals here. Realistically, their use of that term is quite loose. I'll break this down in detail below.

PROS:
-Modern looking apartments

Nice apartments. New fixtures. Management company, particularly Peter Johnson, is very responsive to emails. Building includes a gym which is rarely used. Convenient place to stay if you have children because Goddard School is part of the complex. All in all, friendly neighbors. Quiet place to stay.

Unfortunatly we have to move south so we gotta move from our beatiful apartment. It is very convinient location, right next to route 46 , interstate 80 and local highway 21.
Quiet and nice neighbourhood, it is very safe. Couple small things are missing but I am sure, they will complete very soon (play ground, speed bumbers etc).
Aaron, who deal with tennants , is a very nice person.
He will let you know every small detail about building. You can expect email 24 hours a day from him. Weather condition, parking situation, cleaning etc. As I said, you will be aware every single detail.

My wife and I moved in at the end of May 2013 and have been very happy with the accommodations. The staff is very friendly and the property manager even met us at 11PM to hand us our key and make sure we were good to go! (we were moving from NC and got delayed). Any time we needed something worked on or adjusted, the maintenance staff was very friendly and willing to help. I am moving for work at the end of the month and want to say a personal "thank you" to Pete Johnson for his help in making the transition out. The convenience of location (short drive to malls, restaurants, public transit

I love this place! It's brand new and the management is super responsive! Any time I need something fixed or adjusted, they do it the same day. I'm so happy here, I got my sister to move in!

Plus, Pete, Aaron, Hector and Danny are some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing!

The building is in the middle of a smelly swamp surrounded by industrial buildings. The prices are entirely to high for the area and for all the construction going on around it. From the looks of it construction will probably be going on for quite some time .Who wants to look out there window at cars and construction for 2500 bucks. The "fitness center" can probably hold 5 people at a time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's a lot of money for a lot of nothing. Pass this one up . This is definitely not a " luxury" style complex. There are no amenities

The AC units don't work properly. These folks can't get it fixed, it's been since Thursday. I feel sorry for anyone moving in. This is unacceptable.
