I Maria Fernandez have been residing at Meridia Transit Crossing 200 Schley St, Garfield, NJ since 12/2018, initially Andres was in charge, outstanding job, about 2 years now Paul has been in charge outstanding service!! Building is always kept clean thanks to Marina and Paul outstanding service!! I love this building, I feel safe and beautiful!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to live!!

I'm coming up on 2 years at this apartment and am very happy with the stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and very nicely maintained. The superintendent Andres is outstanding and really cares for the building. Property management is also friendly; I really like how they maintained contact during lock down and did a great job keeping the building clean. Very happy that I made the decision to live here.

I have lived at Meridia Transit for 2 years, and loved it! This location is more than ideal, with the train station being a five minute walk. Andres is wonderful and truly knows all the residents. Jennifer was so helpful and answered my numerous questions. I have only good things to say..thank you Meridia!

Hello,
I' am resident of unit 125 and 3 months ago my husband and me had raised concern over the noise levels from the blaring speakers played by the neighbor living on the floor about us.
The management was able to solve the issue temporarily and now after having signed a 21 month lease, the noise problem has resurfaced and this time it is much more unbearable than it was earlier.
We tried reaching out to the neighbor and contacting the management about the issue but have had no results so far.
Apart from the management NOT being able to resolve the noise issue the apartments are a good place

The apartment amenities are on par with what is expected for this price tag. We’re however disappointed with the management team, their responsiveness and availability are questionable.
We’ve been here for over six months and face a recurring challenge with a loud neighbor. There will always be minor annoyances, however the way it’s handled matters.
The management team is not available during office hours while a “come in we’re available” tag hangs on the office door.
We’ve a four year old and we opted for a corner flat to ensure others are not disturbed by a kid. Yet loud stomping
