Fitness to Function, LLC ("FTF") is a Private Personal Training Studio and IS the alternative to the "big-box" gym environment. FTF focuses on the more "personal" side of fitness and provides a welcoming, safe, comfortable environment to work with your Certified Personal Trainer.

Certified Personal Trainers possess the knowledge and skills to prescribe safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching your health and fitness goals.A Certified Personal Trainer will assess your current fitness levels whether you need to "start at the very beginning" or "pick-up where you left off."

Dianne's training philosophy embraces a well-balanced workout program focusing on postural alignment, core conditioning, strength and endurance training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness. She is dedicated to each client and their specific needs, regardless of age, working to keep her clients moving and able to perform day-to-day activities with greater energy and ease.
Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions offers the expertise of the Certified Personal Trainer while still able to maintain focus on the quality of the movement. A fun, interactive experience. Personal Trainers design safe, effective exercise programs to increase strength, flexibility, endurance & aerobic fitness based on client goals, needs, ability and anatomy.
Heather has experience in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, kidney disease, food allergies, and GI disorders. Heather loves working one-on- one with clients to help them reach their goals through fitness and nutrition. Heather trains clients of all ages and tailors their workout to them based on their needs and goals.
