Everyone here was extremely helpful and very thoughtful in recommending the appropriate floral arrangement we were in need for our sensitive occasion. Very detailed help was greatly appreciated. We were sent text and e-mails of all the steps up until our arrangement was delivered promptly and perfect to its destination. They even sent us a photo before it left The Blooming Idea for delivery to check if we were pleased before they were off to deliver. Once they got there they sent us another photo via email that showed it had arrived on time and in impeccable form. It looked gorgeous at the visitation

The best florist EVER!!! I had incredible customer service with their help in choosing a floral wrist corsage and a “presentation bouquet” for a college graduate- over the phone! They were ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours and both were exquisite! Their flowers and arrangements are WAY above all the rest. Absolutely the place to go for something very unique and European!!!

I sent them an email with my requested change, which they promptly acknowledged. On the day of the delivery, not only did they make a timely delivery but I received a picture of the items delivered. This florist did an amazing job with an order today. I live in Pennsylvania and ordered some flowers for a friend who lives in the Woodlands. The flowers arrived same day and they were absolutely gorgeous. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Big disappointment.
I was very upset when I picked up the floral arrangement. Some of the items in the arrangement weren't fresh. There were big, thick green stalks that had been snipped off at the end....just sticking out of the arrangement. Bald stalks of nothing that appeared to be randomly placed for no reason except to take up a little bit of space.
It was massively overpriced, to boot. Yet it looked very cut-rate.
Buying flowers is often about expressing what you inwardly feel. The arrangement I received did not do the job. There was nothing I could do about it due to time constraints

Mary (The Blooming Idea) was the perfect florist choice for my wedding this July! This vendor is a 5/5 in all categories! Mary has high attention to detail, is able to understand client's visions for bouquets/boutonnieres/etc., and was very professional! She is very responsive to email and a very accommodating vendor! My bouquets, boutonnieres, cake topper, and isle decor turned out perfectly! I was especially impressed with the boutonnieres! Mary will make sure your wedding flowers will be a success! From the time I phoned in my Valentines Day rose order, to arriving and picking up my selection, I could not have been happier. this is my third trip to this florist and I'll look forward to the fourth visit.

We recently used The Blooming Idea for my daughters wedding. Mary was so patient with an indecisive bride to be and probably overbearing parents. She listened to our wishes and everything turned out above and beyond our expectations! Her staff was very efficient and the move from church to reception went smoothly. I have used these ladies for years and have always been happy with what they put together. My needs are usually pretty straight forward. I give them a dollar amount that I am looking to spend, we discuss colors or other parameters, and I let them do their thing.

I think they are at their best when you allow them to create something for you. I've never been disappointed.
