Chef Rafael Garcia is the Chef and Owner of Rafa's Kitchen Catering. He holds more than 20 years of restaurant and catering experience. Born in Leon, Guanajuato, Rafa's earliest memories of cooking were at the side of his grandmother Maria Isabel, where she taught him the recipes native to interior Mexico.
