Our head chef, Rowena is so ingrained in the food industry, she even has a restaurant named after her! Great cooking is in her DNA passed down from a multi-generational family of chefs. Her innate desire is to feed people! Rowena as trained in a variety of kitchens from 5 star hotels to pastry houses in Paris.

I have hired Chef's many times before. Rowena was the best by far. The food was excellent. The extra touches of candles, table cloths, placemats and fresh flowers on the table added so much ambiance to the experience. I can't wait until the next time I get to have Rowena cook dinner for me. You will not be disappointed if you hire this company.

Verdis Personal Chef and Catering exceeded my expectations. I was planning a bachelorette party in Austin, TX and Rowena, our chef, was able to plan and execute an amazing dinner that was the highlight of our trip. She was extremely flexible and accommodating, responsive through email, and created a menu that was what I wanted instead of something from a list of choices. I could not be more thrilled about my experience with Rowena and Verdis.

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary at Lake LBJ with our family. We had 13 people. We had Chef Rowena come to our Lake house to make a special dinner for the family! It was outstanding! Everything was perfectly done. She was very professional! She set a beautiful table, prepared a wonderful meal and left the place spotless! I highly recommend her!!

Chef Rowena and her crew did such a wonderful job of preparing two wonderful meals for me and my group of 10. The brunch was incredible; especially the tart. The dinner was a table service and all of the plates served were fresh and hot. I would highly recommend Verdis. Can't wait to find a reason to have Chef Rowena prepare another meal for me and my friends and family.

Chef Rowena was hands down amazing!!! I sure am glad that we booked her. She was prompt, courteous, and prepared such a delicious meal! The CRÈME brûlée was the best I have had. The quality of the food was better than I could have asked. She was so very polite and her customer service was impeccable! I will book again!!

Chef Rowena prepared a delicious private dinner for our celebratory event. She was on time, professional, and kind. Her food presentation was 5 star and everything was absolutely phenomenal. Her table decor was elegant and she left the kitchen, quite possibly, cleaner than when she arrived. We would definitely hire Chef Rowena again (in fact we tried to but she was already booked). Highly recommend to anyone looking to have an elegant and delicious meal.

Rowena came out and cooked my husbands birthday dinner. Let me start by saying how delicious the food was. Rowena is amazing very punctual and very professional. She gave us a 5 star service. I will absolutely be using her again. I cant say enough how great she is. She set up the table beautifully! Again her food is amazing!
