2 We will ask that upon entering our clinic, that you immediately wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer. 3 We will ask that you wear a mask to your appointment and keep it on during the duration of your time in the clinic. 4 We will ask that you call us when you are outside our practice, so we know you have arrived.
5 Patient flow into the office will be controlled and hence "walk-ins" will be asked to wait outside or in their car until we can work them into the schedule if at all possible. 6 We ask that you arrive at your appointment alone unless you are a minor and/or require adult supervision then we will allow one caregiver inside.

Worst experience ever! Dr. Vincent Dagron is the worst I ever seen! He is extremely irresponsible!
I visited the doctor for eye exam and contact lens exam.
1. Dr. Vincent Dagron is a bad listener and kind of rude to communicate. I told him in the beginning that I was wearing monthly contact lenses, but he asked me to throw them out before exam. He even didn’t provide me water to wash my hands before wearing contact lenses. During the exams, he barely talked unless I asked him questions.

My annual eye exam is coming up. It was very helpful that they sent me a text reminder. I am very much looking forward to making an appointment and getting in to see Dr. Dagron.
I just had my spare pair of glasses stolen and I'm looking forward to getting new ones. I am also looking forward to getting my existing pair adjusted. I'm very hard on my lightweight frames and the lenses used to pop out. The doctor is amazing in his ability to adjust them to keep them tight and together for months and months on end. I really look forward to a long association with them. Great staff too, thank you everybody

After verifying my insurance credentials on November 15th "Eyes on Optometry " scheduled a confirmed appointment for an eye exam on Friday the 17th
I made arrangements to free myself from work for this important appointment but when I arrived I was told my insurance was not accepted at this location
The point is this business never called for 2 days to cancel the appointment advising me about the insurance issue and the receptionist waited until I was there to inform me .
I expected to be dealing with a reputable medical office
Customer service is apparently not on their priority list and I
