When I called I was told two to three hours for the next available truck. It was about 2.75 hours for the truck to arrive. When Jacob arrived, I was happy to see the truck he was in. It was the truck I thought was needed to tow my car without any more damage to the front end as one tire was straight and the other was turned all the way to the left!

I had a lot of appreciation for them and their courteous and expeditious service. Had great conversation and a good ride to get my SUV where it needed to go. Good pricing as well. They also checked back in with me multiple times to make sure I was aware of timing. When I had a rough day, ateleast it ended much more pleasant.

I had to have my SUV towed tonight and this company was so great to work with! Ashley at dispatch was so helpful and so kind. The driver, Jacob, was also so nice and helpful. He even tried to see if we could get the spare tire down before towing it. No such luck but nice of him to offer. Best of all they were able to get out to me sooner than expected! If I ever need another tow I will call them!

The staff at gene's were great, Jeremy the driver was awesome!!! My car was in a difficult spot, no steering and was stuck in park but he made it happen, I appreciate all that he had to do to get it to my house! Will definitely call them any time I need some assistance 👍
