My boyfriend and I just recently moved in to the 1505 apartments this month and absolutely LOVE it. Lisa, the property manager, was super welcoming when moving into our new home. They even left cute goodies for when you first get your keys (shown in picture). The amenities are just what we were looking for and it’s in a very nice spot right in Grafton. Can’t go wrong being right next door to a coffee shop and a pizza restaurant too! Definitely recommend renting here.

I love living at 1505! Our building is peaceful and always looks nice. Any repairs always get worked on quickly.
The staff is sweet and helpful and always plan fun events like holiday decorating competitions, meet and greets with neighbors, and delicious food trucks right on the property!
The best part of living here is that property manager, Lisa, has really created an apartment community that makes this feel like more than just another apartment complex, it really feels like a home!

In a nutshell: best apartment complex in the suburban Milwaukee area.
Tall claim, I know, but I'll break it down for you.
The furnishings are new, modern, and very aesthetic. Custodial staff has been nothing but kind and accommodating. Units feature many tall windows, large balconies, ample living space, underground parking & storage and in-unit washers & dryers. There is also a small gym, perfect for a quick cardio or ab routine.
The location is legitimately on top of a coffee shop and brewery, and right next to a pizza restaurant. What more could you want? The complex is also within 5 minutes

I’ve lived here since 2017 and I’ve been very happy here.
Patrice and Mike work so hard to keep everything clean and fix even the smallest problem. They are both so kind and friendly. Lisa is an awesome Property Manager. The smallest of problems is answered quickly!
The few times I’ve had contact with Amber have been great.
They are a great team and really care about the residents.
I would highly recommend 1505 to anyone looking for an apartment!

As a recent college grad, 1505 management made it very easy to transition from college life to adult life. Though it is higher in price, the higher rent is worth every penny. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had, and made it very clear that they truly wanted my apartment to feel like home. They don’t just allow pets, but instead welcome pets with open arms and excitement-something super important to any fur baby parents out there. The location is excellent, being in the trendier part of Grafton, the units and building itself are modern and sleek, and the community of 1505

I have lived at 1505 for 1.5 years now and have absolutely loved my experience! The apartment is well-maintained, quiet and a nice layout. Lisa, the apartment manager, is fantastic. She is welcoming, extremely responsive when I have questions or requests, kind, and likes to get to know the residents. Whenever we have a maintenance request, the request is typically fulfilled the same day or the next day - very fast! It's also walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants and everything Grafton has to offer. I recommend 1505 to anyone looking for a great place to rent.

I have loved being a resident of 1505 for over the past 2 years! I have lived in both a one bedroom and currently a two bedroom unit in Phase II. The community is clean and extremely dog friendly (doggie bag stations and pet washes). They have a wonderful community room, nice gym, well-maintained grounds, and great businesses as first floor tenants in the main building! I look forward to continuing being a resident there and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a friendly, safe, luxury apartment community!

I moved to 1505 from Oklahoma on a 3 week notice for work, at the end of 2020. Lisa and Amber were and continued to be a great help during my move. Any questions or concerns I had they made sure everything went smooth with moving 14 hours away. The property is clean and well maintained, the residents seem to all get along and are friendly with each other, and the units are very nice and comfortable.
