Experience the small-town charm of our 1 & 2 bedroom Apartments and 3 Bedroom Townhomes. Our one and two-bedroom homes include all appliances, oversized closets, modernized floor plans, laundry facilities, elevators, underground parking available, storage units, and secured entrances. Stop by to see our desired floor plans with a lake view and fireplace included.
There is a monthly pet fee of $25 per dog and/or cat. No more than one (1) cat allowed per apartment and no more than two (2) pets (cats or dogs) with a combined weight of 100 pounds are allowed per townhome. Pets may be dogs or cats but cannot be more than a total weight of 50 pounds each. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

You probably would have loved renting here prior to the arrival of the new Property Manager Ms (Crooked Thief) Coe. Matters were handled way more professionally when Glenbrook was ran by Nicole & Sara Unfortunate for the residents .Ms Coe is preoccupied with placing her many relatives into units of this low income community while the legitimate residents concerns are placed on the backburner resulting in major delays. She has her family members on payroll from Advantage Services to cleaning and repairs. Where is the nepotism policy here? It is a complete waste of time to contact Commonbond directly

I've been a part of the Common Bond family for almost 3 years now. I would be lying if I said that I'm not obessed with my apartment and the staff. Especially Sarah G. She's absolutely wonderful. I've had my fair share of apartment buildings that I've lived in. By far this is most well ran establishment that I personally have encountered. If there's a problem they'll handle it right away. If you're in need of any kind of assistance they have the knowledge and resources to help you get in touch with the right people. If you utilize all of what this company has to offer you as a tenant who knows

I lived at this location for 8 yrs and I must say for a majority of my stay I loved it.. All 4 of my children where raised there, and Carly from the office is a doll..... She's very personable and welcoming.. She's down to earth and easy to talk to, she made our stay there that much more pleasurable..
