Honestly this place isn't worth the terrible management and the horrible neighbors. The police have been here way more often than they should be in Port Washington and I used to have neighbors that were drug dealer that got busted for selling nor than marajuna. Honestly find some place else to live because they will also raise the pet rent without notice and it's just not worth it .

It's been raised to $760 w/o $30 per pet charge. They cover NO utilities & since they've not updated this place since it was built 30yrs ago, prices r exorbitant! This place is a craphole. We've had mice here 2x w/o any help frm management. Dog fighting, drunk & belligerent ppl fighting outside my bedrm window @ 3am. The noise here can make u nuts & everything seems like it's got paper for soundproofing. I've been stuck here 4 3yrs and it just keeps getting worse. Don't pick this place!

It a nice size but they have pest problem and management does nothing about it. You can hear the mice running around in the walls. Then when you finally get the security deposit back they take thing out that are normal ware and tare. When you ask for pest help they don't do anything but when you move out then they bill for something that I am sure they never even fix. They also charge for a water bill that was never posted and charged more than what was ever charged for. So I highly recommend if you want an apartment you look elsewhere. Because the management does not care and will not help out
