I came here to get my bumper fixed and would definitely recommend. They’re verified by Mercury insurance for appraisal/repair. The whole process was easy, quick, and professional. They fixed my bumper good as new. Plus, when they gave me my car back it was super clean inside and out.

I called Mclean"s auto body service and talked to Reza. He helped me so much with information on my car and how to tint the tailights! he stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes and even searched and made sure I received the best quality product even without me stepping a foot into the sop. Best Customer Service!!!

McLean's was great. We are not from the area and had to find a repair place for our car damaged in an accident. McLeans was fast, honest and communicated quickly with insurance.

I’ve had a bad experience with an auto body shop before that has left me with a general disdain for auto body shops. However, when I went in to McLean’s, all of that went out the window. I was helped immediately and treated with respect, the employee that assisted me didn’t swindle me or overcharge, and overall, I enjoyed my time there. Should I ever require services again and am in the area, I will absolutely return here. I must say this is the best car repair I have ever had! My car got a major dent, and Michael at McLean's Auto Body & Paint, Inc. , who is super friendly and professional saved my day. Even though my arrival time is late in the day, Michael greeted me warmly, offering me multiple solutions in great detail, and eventually solve the problem efficiently. Definitely will recommend Michael and Mclean's Auto to my friends and definitely will come back again if I need any repair for my car.

Fernando from Fernando's SMOG check recommended McLean's to me and I am so glad he did! I went in yesterday with no appointment, just to see whether a few things could be fixed on my car. The detail on the side of my car had popped off from scraping by a pipe, and my rear bumper was loose under the taillight from hitting a tree. I couldn't pop any of it back in place myself so I was hoping they would be able to; they did it right away! I was so so happy and my car looks perfect once again! I brought my 2004 Lexus in for an estimate today. Michael was fantastic. He looked at my car and was able to come up with a reasonable estimate. Helped walk me through what needed to be replaced, fixed, etc. and helped explain the overall cost. He was also super understanding and I could tell he tried to get the price down as low as he could. I really appreciate all the work Michael put in to help me out.

This is my second time going to McLean's with a claim after an accident. They always take good care of me and my car, and get things done in a timely manner.

Stopped in here 10 minutes before they closed asking about reattaching a side view mirror that had come off of my Audi. Took them 15 minutes to glue it back on and didn't even charge me. It was obvious that they care about helping people and not just the bottom line. Very refreshing!

Not sure what's this guy deal is but look what he messages me this guy this he's funny but in reality he's making him self look stupid and also making the business he works at look bad. Never been to this place but sure won't be going and won't be recommending people to go just cause of this hopefully he finds someone else to mess with before he starts messaging me on Facebook

I had my car towed to mclean's to get repaired after I was in an accident. However, when I went to pick it up, the guy at the front desk was rude and sarcastic to me. Also, they didn't reconnect my headlights and failed to tell me they weren't connected, so that night I was stuck after work downtown because I couldnt drive without my headlights and they wouldn't turn on, so I had to call triple AAA to come fix it. It was a huge inconvenience and I don't recommend this shop.

I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler and the paint has been looking pretty shabby for the past few years, but it's my husband's primary vehicle, so I let it go. As an early Christmas present for my husband, I decided to get it painted back to it's beautiful Chili Pepper Red. I ran around town getting quotes during the summer and was surprised how expensive it would be. But hands down, after talking to Ruben, I decided where to bring my jeep. We recently had damage happen to the driver's door and I felt this was time to not only repair the door but have the whole jeep painted. Boy

I brought my car in for a large dent, and they gave me an estimate right away and were super helpful and clear about what was going to be done. I brought my car in the next morning and it was ready the following day! When I picked up my car the interior and exterior were deep cleaned really well. Everyone was so friendly there, I will never go anywhere else

My daughter's car was towed to McLean's to get her front bumper repaired. They were able to put the bumper back without getting a new one which saves my daughter a lot of money. The downside is they did not reconnect her headlights and foglights correctly so I had to take it in to another shop to get it done.

I had a Mercedes that was due to be turned in at the end of its lease and I had collected an impressive amount of scratches, dings, etc... and I wanted to avoid getting any extra charges when I turned in the vehicle. I had a different body shop do some extensive work after a car accident over a year prior and was worried that I would be charged when I turned in my lease.

McLean's took care of me! For a very reasonable price, they took care of the large scratches and buffed out (or went over) the previous work so

Here are the details on my detailing job:
Wow! Ruben A and crew did a fabulous service for my 12 year old Toyota. It's all shiny and clean, inside and out. That was the first time I'd ever had detailing done since I purchased it in 2005. The finish is restored-- not only on the paint, but my headlamps are no longer all foggy.

When I picked up my car, I was delighted that it looked so great, was done on time and cost less than the quoted amount. Yay Ruben A!! Yay McLean's!!

I took my 2004 RAV 4 into McLean's after using them back in 2007 for an auto collision repair. Ruben took excellent care of my car mechanically at an amazing rate. They fixed the alternator, radiator frame, water pump, AC, and serpentine belt issues I was having. They upheld their lifetime warranty on all prior work they did in 2007. I left a very happy customer. My 2004 Rav 4 is back in action thanks to the amazing service I received.

Over the years, from the early '90s to 2006, we had two jobs done at Mclean's - a collision repair covered by insurance, and replacement of a running board on a van conversion. Quality was excellent, creating a like-new condition. I can't judge the cost competitiveness as I didn't get other estimates, but in the case we paid for, it seemed fair. I am planning to take an '05 Grand Marquis in for repaint soon.
