I wish someone had told me not to get braces, I didn't require them for any medical purpose. $6,000, 2 years, and a lot of pain and headaches later my teeth look and feel worse than they did before. My bite is off and I have to deal with atrocious retainers for the rest of my life, all for changes I did not need. The only thing they wanted was me to have arch width, which I don't care about. Dr Frost and Megan are amazing and nice.. but I write this review to tell you, if you don't NEEEEED braces, don't start them.

Frost Orthodontics has been a mainstay in the East Valley for years. Their quality of care has been exemplary and is founded on experience, knowledge, and positivity. They are thoughtful about treatment plans and their results speak volumes. As a middle aged adult, I was not super excited about getting braces! But my experience with Dr. Trevor Nichols and the Frost team has been fantastic. The staff, facilities, and the changes I am seeing to my smile are amazing. A “Frost Smile” changes lives. Quite simply, they are the best.

My second and third children are finishing up treatment here and I don't think I will be able to recommend this practice to others. The brackets seem to continually fall off. It's so hard to schedule an appointment outside of school hours and I hate to pull my junior high children out of school. If you need to reschedule now it takes a month or two to be seen. It wasn't always like this. I don't know what happened.

Frost Orthodontics is truly the best dental/medical practice I have ever visited. They are professional, kind and always putting your needs first. I have a very complicated case and Dr. Nichols has explained everything clearly from the start. The technicians and office staff are the BEST. Everyone is friendly, nice and caring. Frost Orthodontics is absolutely the best!!! They fixed my teeth after a bad incident at a dentist and gave me my beautiful smile back! The staff is amazing along with Dr. Nichols and Dr. Frost! They are always super friendly and professional and know how to give you exactly the smile you want while being very reasonable! I am so glad I found them and they were able to help me! This is the most amazing office I've ever been to. I have 4 kids in treatment well one just got out last year, but not only do both Doctors go above and beyond the norm in their treatment plan but also in patient care Ive yet to see it compared. My youngest is non verbal autistic and the care that he is given by not only the Drs but his absolute astounding staff blows my mind every time we enter the office. We love Dr. Frost but won't bring any of the other childdren to this practice. They are terrible at getting the child in for an emergency when they are in pain. You can almost never get a same day appointment if something is hurting the child. I think they are just overbooked and too big. But Dr. Frost is a great person and doctor.

We did ours with a virtual appointment with in an hour and had a video and conversation with the actual Dentist and an appointment for the next week!

Everything is pristine and there are masks and temperature checks for caregiver and patient. You must sanitize your hands before and after touching community pens and then they wipe it down. Besides the fact that people are sanitizing

I dont go here personally, but the kids and my gf do and I got to take the kids today... needless to say this is the best time I've had in a waiting room ever.
Sitting in a zero gravity massage chair while eating a free ice cream sandwhich as Harry Potter was Wingardium Leviosa- ing on the flatscreen TV is my definition of great service! The staff is super friendly and they had an awesome setup across the board.. I might even consider getting a retainer from here whenever I decide to wear one again!

Dr. Frost and his staff are top notch! Extremely professional, office is super clean, spectacular with tv's and fun music, video games, and an ice cream/coffee bar...wow...they went the extra mile. The technology they use for braces is cutting edge. I'm comparing what I went through decades ago which was basically medieval dentistry to what our children's experience is currently at Dr. Frost's office, no comparison. Stay tuned when the braces are off we will write another review. So far so good!!!

I'm super excited to have found Dr Frost. I had the pleasure of meeting him and Brooke today at my consultation. I'm glad I will be starting my process at Frost Orthodontics. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk were welcoming. This office has an amazing staff. I already have braces on and moved here to Phoenix, was a little bummed that I was leaving my other offices. I'm definitely not bummed out now. Oh!!!!! Super Fast and Easy Process, Professional and Knowledgable Staff, Just Be Careful In Regards To Billing.
The day my braces were installed... I was surprised at how organized and efficient everyone was. They put everything together in a short amount of time and really have the system down... it really doesn't take much time at all to get your braces done. Each trip in is less than 10 minutes and then you are out the door ready for liquids and soft foods for a couple days after each tightening.... Lol...
The assistants here are pretty stellar, it would be difficult to pick a better crew.

Most painless braces on planet earth!!!!!!!!! I chose frost because of his results and my pin tolerance. My sisters who have gone through traditional braces seem to struggle a lot more than I do. I've never taken a pain pill for braces and they are moving even in the first few weeks. The Damon method is better for your teeth and better for your comfort! Do it!!

I was referred to Dr. Frost by a friend and I could not be happier with the results thus far. I get my braces off in seven more months and I am, needless to say, very excited for the end result.
Frost is a bit more expensive than others but worth every penny.
Why would you want the cheapest option for something so permanent?

I own an orthodontic laser company and I have many years of experience in the orthodontic industry. I truly believe Dr. Frost is one very top orthodontists in the world. He lectures internationally and is renowned by his peers. His cases are incredibly beautiful. He has a artist's eye and his cases are finished with every single detail perfected. The office is beautiful with all the latest high tech equipment and the staff are professional and passionate.

I love Frost Orthodontics!! I first came to see Dr Frost 13 months ago and am now getting my braces off and am sooooo pleased with what he has done with my smile! He has completely transformed my bite and it's amazing. I've referred a few friends to him who are also getting treatment and are super pleased as well.
