Top Jewelers earns its name because they are the best in town. I shopped online and in person at all major brand jewelers. Michael provided a great, personal experience from start to finish. We worked with him to create a custom engagement ring using a family diamond. He was great at listening and provided great options, and helped me to create the perfect custom ring at a reasonable price. He created the ring in less time than expected and everything was exactly right. He also was able to do an appraisal of the ring for us, also for a reasonable price. Everything about this experience felt more personal that most larger jewelry stores, which we really liked. I would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Went to this store to get my watch batteries replaced and when I came home, one wasn't working. I went to an authorized repair shop because I thought it was broken, and welp, they said that the battery just needed to be replaced.
This store has good reviews, and perhaps it really is good for jewelry, but I won't be back for any jewelry or watch needs.

My wife and I visited a couple ring shops looking for good and affordable wedding rings and this place just felt good from the moment we walked in. It's not a crazy fancy place, just has some simple displays, but the rings are wonderful. He has some quality rings for fair and affordable prices. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice ring.

Michael took our ideas and preferences, drafted a 3D model visualization, and then created a masterpiece. He did it all in just about a month, he was great at refining the design and providing suggestions, the price was very reasonable, and we've received countless compliments on the ring.

Phenomenal customer service and always impressive work. I've had several appraisals, cleaning, re-plating, repairs and changes to pieces done here and always been delighted with the results. The craftsmanship is second to none (had an antique broach made into a pendant and it looks like it would never have been anything else, seamless alterations). Prices are great especially given the high quality and service. I've mostly dealt with the owner directly and he's fantastic.

I have been going to this jeweler for years. He does the work in house. He can create a pieces or repair items. The owner is always in the shop himself and remembers customers. He's a great local business to support. The store has a good selection, but he can also can also create something that you want.

Michael was extremely patient in educating us on the various qualities of diamonds. He brought in a handful of diamonds on multiple occasions until we found the perfect one for us. Throughout the years, I've gotten so many comments about how beautiful it is. 6 years later, one of the diamonds got loose and had fallen out without my knowing. I live in CA now, but took the opportunity of a business trip to come back to Michael. He not only remembered making it but said he would replace the diamond and ship it to my CA address at no cost, since he guarantees his products. My ring is now beautifully

Good location near to my place, i had my gold chain broken, went see if he can fix it for me personally i don't have any experience of how it's done this chain is really valuable to me and asked if he can measure or weight just in case i don't miss anything he smirks and told me it's just a hollow then took my chain and told me to get back next Wednesday (7days), i paid in advance, then scheduled day i took my chain and wore it for 5 days straight it broke again on same spot i asked him to solder

Michael is amazing! My fiance came to him when he was looking for a ring and Michael (unbeknownst to me) made my Pintrest dreams a reality! He made the most beautiful rose gold ring with a pear shape as my fiance requsted. After the proposal, I recieved so many compliments on the ring. His work is truly a standout from the jewlery you see from bigger retailers. I even had another local jeweler be wowed by his work when I took my ring in for a cleaning. What a wonderful experience this was!! I was overeager to look for rings after my partner proposed and started sending messages to jewelers in DC. Michael's response was so thoughtful and courteous. I am so glad we ended up in his store.

We first discovered Top Jewelers and Michael via a recommendation for wedding bands. Michael created the most beautiful band I could have ever asked for! When I decided to have a cherished ring reset, the only person I wanted to have design it was Michael. During the creation process he was patient and had great suggestions. Michael is great. He worked with my future husband to design my ring last year. I absolutely love it and get compliments on my ring all the time. I can come in whenever I want to get my ring cleaned for free. He is very personable and knows all his customers names which I was very impressed with. I purchased a beautiful ring from their Gabriel and Co. collection which I just happen to be a huge fan of. Check out the photo after reading this review. The collection is well priced and surprisingly they have quite a variety of Gabriel and Co. items. I have yet to see any other jewelers carry this line hence why I popped in for my visit. I was grateful for the find!

I don't have enough good things to say about Top Jewelers. I've been here a few times now since last April when I initially came to pick out an engagement ring for my now fiancee. Chanlee was extremely helpful in helping me select the perfect ring. Their prices were very reasonable, especially when comparing the same diamond across other jewelers including online jewelers such as BlueNile.
Since then, my fiancee and I have been back a few times to get her ring resized and polished. Michael, Chanlee's son, has always been very helpful and expedient when it came to resizing the ring
