Custom Design is just one of the many services we provide at Boone & Sons. There's no need to make an appointment, just drop by and we'll be delighted to take care of whatever you need on the spot.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

My husband and I worked with Ruben Cruz to find an anniversary ring for me, repair an opal and diamond heirloom ring I inherited from my great grandmother, and to with a watch purchase for my husband. I provided images of the ring settings and stones I was interested in having for the anniversary ring. Ruben delivered even though I was initially hesitant. He was great and understood my concerns. I really can't say enough about my experience at Boone & Sons in Chevy Chase. I worked with Nellie for both a custom engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. Incredible attention to detail, so nice & normal, and they make the process so easy. I couldn't have been happier with how the engagement ring came out. 10/10 across the board. As a native Washingtonian, I have had experience with many different jewelers and jewelry stores in the area over the years. Boone and Sons is by far the best. I trust them completely for purchases and repairs. The staff is professional yet warm, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to take time to assist you. The new and the estate jewelry they carry is beautiful and fairly priced. Today I encountered Debbie Rowan, who was incredibly helpful, warm and skilled, taking the time to help me and educate me. Wonderful experience! Boone & Sons Jewelers in Chevy Chase was highly recommended by a close friend when looking for a diamond ring. We never even went in the store because we live in another state, but we purchased the most beautiful diamond in a gorgeous custom setting - all done through the mail! I knew nothing about engagement rings prior to my visit here. In three days, I left with an awesome ring and a lot of knowledge when it comes too diamonds. The three days was to pick out everything with more options. The purchase could have been made quicker.
The customer service is top notch. The day after the proposal, my fiancé scratched the platinum band rock climbing and the staff here made the repair to the band.
Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone.

Peter Boone at Boone and Sons is the absolute best jeweler. He is knowledgeable and HONEST. He listens to what a customer wants and is not pushy. His goal is to have his customers select jewelry they really love. He goes above and beyond, offering in store merchandise and as well special order items.
I have referred several friends and they have all been extremely pleased.

I had a great experience with Boone & Sons, and Ruben Cruz who helped me design an engagement ring where I reset my main diamond. The service was great, Ruben was so helpful and knew what I wanted by my description, and made the right suggestions to achieve it. The company has been around for a long time and is a local, trusted favorite for jewelry. They gave me a free appraisal and jewelry cleaner, along with advice on how to care for the ring and when to bring it back for inspection. Highly recommend!

He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of gem jewelry and is a pleasure to work with. This review is long overdue. My now husband went to Boone and Sons and worked with Maureen to find me the perfect engagement ring. She was extremely helpful and never made my husband feel pressured throughout the process of picking/designing a ring. When I went back to pick out wedding bands, Maureen helped me design the most beautiful band using family stones and it ended up being very cost effective! My go-to jeweler. I absolutely wouldn’t trust anyone else. Their workmanship is unparalleled, the quality of the stones is always stunning. I have purchased from the beautiful pieces they have in their showcases and have had many pieces custom made. My level of trust in them is so high that the last piece I had designed I told Pete very generally what I wanted and left the details up to him. What I got back was beyond anything I expected!

They have such a large selection of high quality and beautiful jewelry to choose from and if they carry what your looking for they will order it for you. Excellent service and reasonable rates. Take care of your good stuff with people who know what they are doing. Chuck Hyland, their resident gemologist just took care of my needs and explained how to care for my watch. There's nothing like a great family-owned business that's been around for 75 years. My father has been shopping at this jewelers for years. Recently I cleaned up my jewelry box and found a piece I received five years ago that I'd never worn. I took it to them to see if I could trade it in for something else. They said OK but would only give me 55% of the original value. Bad customer service in my opinion. I won't be back and will ask my dad not to return.

Stopped into Boone & Sons on my way home from visiting Tiffany's & Lilenquist in Tysons. Had a great experience and Boone actually had a greater selection than either of the larger boutiques. Prices were extremely competitive and beautiful pieces.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our wedding and engagement rings here. The quality of my diamonds are fantastic, and the price was very fair. We have since recommended several friends to them as well.
