I had my "mommy makeover" in March 2021 and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Hochstein was so professional and his office staff was amazing. He made me feel at ease from the minute I met him. Apparently, this doctor only has that amount of good reviews because he picks the patients he knows the breast surgeries will be successful. I have my doubts about challenging situations where the patient had breast implant complications with scar tissue. Also, be ready to wait one hour or so to see him even getting a few minutes before your scheduled time. Disappointing.

I’m torn because the Dr. Holstein has great bed side manner and seemed to be pretty professional. However, In 2017 I had a breast reduction, breast augmentation and breast lift and a needle was left in my breast. Went to get my annual mammogram and they spotted this foreign item in the breast. In the middle of working through this matter but wanted… to speak up, as I have terrible anxiety of hospitals, surgeons and doctors because of this. Currently seeing a therapist & was seeing a psychiatrist because of my anxiety around this issue. Very disappointed as he came highly recommended

Based on my personal experience with this doctor and his staff. I would not recommend this doctor or his office for any work.
From the day of consultation, I should have followed my gut and went elsewhere but I had followed this doctor for years and was convinced that he is as he touts “A World Renowned Doctor”. His personality leaves much to be desired, this man is short with you and cold. I chalked this up to him being in such high demand but no doctor should treat their patients this way.

I had surgery from this doctor 3 years ago. I am about to have to do a SECOND revision because of his rushed negligent first surgery. I went to him because of his social media and fake reviews. When my husband and I were there his consultation was cold and quick. We had a bad gut feeling but ignored it. We flew in from out of state so we felt committed. When I showed up for surgery, we had to sign an addendum to not post any "negative reviews" or we would be sued. The surgery is performed in a surgical suite at his office. Higher chance of infection, excessive bleeding etc. the surgery

Dr. Hochstein is nothing short of amazing! I have had 3 surgeries with him and every one has been exactly as I hoped it would turn out. His staff is amazing as well. This doctor prides himself on numbers. Doesn't care about the client or the work. I had a breast augmentation done there and it did not come out as it was supposed to. When I went back to speak with him about it he was very insensitive to my feelings and told me there was nothing he can do and walked out in my face. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else where they pride themselves on their work not somewhere that just cares about money. I now have to pay another doctor to fix his careless mistakes.

Dr. Hochstein is an amazing surgeon. I had a breast lift and my before/after pictures are incredible. I was a little skeptical about having my breast done again considering I had a bad experience the first time (surgery was done by a different doctor). But I'm so happy I did it and especially that I chose to do it with Dr. Hochstein. I definitely recommend him and could not be happier with my results.

Karina Ruiz was in charge of the operation process, making it easy and reliable, she is so nice and kind. I don’t live in Miami, I just spent 4 days in Miami, 1st days was the consultation, I met the doctor and all the staff were helpful about all my questions. The second day was my surgery, and the third day after Dr. Leonard Hochstein took a look at me & I was ready to go back to my home town! (I took my flight without any complications).

Botched Lipo. I researched months to find the perfect doctor for BBL/Fat transfer and Lipo. I am mortified and so embarrassed. Can't wear shorts or bath suit. I am 41yrs old. He should have informed me this could happen. Had I known this was a possibility NEVER would have went through this.
I called his office with concern, the ladies are amazing and emailed me immediately. After a day or so, the Doc recommended a thigh lift. I do not want the scars from a thigh lift. Will not be returning.
I am waiting on a few other recommendations on how to fix this.

Recently came back for a touch up and scar revision. Absolutely love Dr. Hochstein. He was professional and pleasant. Don't pay attention to the "fake" mean reviews! He is a gentleman and +an excellent surgeon. The girls at the office are sweet. Jennifer is my FAVE!! Will recommend Dr. Hochstein any day of the week! If I need or want anything else I will travel back to Miami for Dr. Hochstein :)

I went to Dr. Hochstein for a tummy tuck. The entire experience from the initial consultation to the surgery and follow up appointments were seamless. The staff were all amazing and attentive. I am extremely happy with the results and felt that Dr. Hochstein truly takes his time to answer questions, pay attention to detail and does absolutely excellent work! If you want to have your body ruined, I suggest you use this man. He is the worst doctor you will ever encounter. I have met hundreds of women whose body he ruined. Rhinoplasty Update; Back in 2019 of June 24 I had surgery with dr hochstein, me and my brother had it done together, I think his results were okay even though you can see his nose is a bit crooked if you see it from the under view, & my nose, I don't know where to start... Tummy Tuck with Dr. Hochstein and things did NOT go as planned. We discussed a LOW incision with a small vertical incision he suggested to keep the scarring low. I agreed but woke up without the plans executed and a very high incision. I knew right away it was too high on my long torso on my 6" frame, leaving my scar unsightly and visible. Seriously the best ever. The entire staff was so incredible. Jennifer is the most thoughtful and sweet person and helped me with all aspects of coming in from out of town.
