We hired Jeff as our home inspector through our broker, and I can see why he was recommended. Although his base is in Orange Country, he came all the way up to Glendale on a Sunday morning. He was very thorough, very detail-oriented, friendly, honest, at the same time very professional. He spent about 3 hours for little under 1,000 sqft single family house, and I was able to receive the full report probably a minute after he finished inspecting. I would definitely hire him again for any future needs and recommend to everyone I know. Two thumbs up!!

Jeff showed up early and was ready to go! His professionalism, thoroughness, and ability to explain (in detail) his findings, sets him head and shoulders above the rest. After completing his inspection, Jeff spent (at least) half an hour explaining his findings to my buyers. He made sure they understood everything. Jeff was referred to me by another realtor and I intend to refer him throughout my office. He takes pride in his work and his follow-through is excellent.

On Friday afternoon I reached out to my usual Home Inspection company. Not only did they fail to answer the phone, but on their website it was going to take a week and a half for an inspection. Jeff at Maven home inspection went above and beyond. He was punctual, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He took his time to explain to me any issues he uncovered as well as walked me through the “smaller findings” that could become costly down the road. His detailed report helped us tremendously in the negotiations of our new home. The escrow process is stressful enough but Jeff and Maven home inspection were one of the seamless parts in it. Maven home inspection has a new customer for life!
