Really glad I got Mike and Gary from Royal American to inspect my home. I live in a house that was built in the 70s and I cannot remember the last time we had a proper inspection done to be honest. That being said you can only imagine how many things needed to be fixed or addressed given the age of the home. Not only were they prompt but they also finished the job in a timely manner. When finished they gave us a tour and pointed out things that needed to be on our high priority list as well as issues to keep an eye on. The report was very easy to navigate and I recall reviewing it later that evening

We had our inspection done by Mike and Gary and we were amazed by their professionalism. We found them on google and scheduled our appointment on their website which was easier than expected. We received a confirmation email and text immediately which allowed us to take care of the payment right away! The inspection was thorough, informative and educational. This wasn’t my first home purchase or inspection , but I was impressed by their ability to communicate the needs of my home without scaring us. They were upfront when they were unsure but promised us an answer by the end of the inspection

Michael and Gary showed up on time and were very professional throughout the whole process. They were able to show me areas in the house that were minor concerns from trip hazards by our front door to major concerns such as a gas leak on our second floor. The gas leak was very alarming and verified when the city of Long Beach gas company came over and resolved the problem for free. Thank you guys and I will definitely be recommending Royal American Home Inspections to my friends and family.

Working with Royal American was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The scheduling was easy and straightforward and the quote was very competitive. They went above and beyond by flying up to the Bay Area to do the inspection. Mike and Gary arrived early to the house and I could easily recognize them with their hats and uniforms.
