The Long Beach Home Inspector
The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity. For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries af a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.

Anytime that you are purchasing a property, we understand that it is a HUGE investment. Everyone involved needs to know every aspect of the property. We take pride in providing this service. The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations. We work directly for the client.

24 hours of ongoing training Required Training Each year for Certification. We keep up with the latest education. The most important part of any home inspection program is the report. A Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of said dwelling. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and Inspector, prior to the inspection process.
This is my second most popular inspection. It is suitable and recommended for all types of properties, although my BASIC inspection (see below) is a better value for investors or anyone who will be doing a complete renovation, including properties that have a significant amount ofdeferred maintenance.
Infrared home inspections and infrared cameras are the latest technology being used for fast, reliable, accurate building diagnosis in the entire range of building problems, from post-catastrophe fire and flood investigations to chronic leaks and moisture detection. Moisture in building materials can destroy structural integrity and nurture mold.
Now that you know the pros and cons of an as-is home sale, you might be wondering whether to move ahead with the sale-and how. Since these sales can be bargains, they are worth considering, although there's one precaution buyers will definitely want to take prior to the sale: a home inspection.

A home inspector examines the house from basement to rafters and will point out any problems plaguing the place that may make the buyer want to reconsider the sale. The problems can be current or potentially in the buyer's future, such as an old roof that may need replacing five years later.

I hired Fred Sweetzer To handle my 203k project .. working with Fred has been a horrible experience. Fred kept trying to get me to hire his friend who is a General Contractor. I can honestly say that hiring Fred Sweetzer was a HUGE mistake.

Fred was incredibly informative, patient, punctual, and considerate of our situation. The turnaround time for our report was short and sweet. He even followed up with us weeks later to make sure everything was covered. Thank you Fred for your service! We will definitely be calling you when we purchase a home again.
