Telemedicine involves the use of electronic communications and software to provide clinical services to patients without an in-person visit. Telemedicine technology is frequently used for follow-up visits, management of chronic conditions, medication management, specialist consultation and a host of other clinical services that can be provided remotely via secure video and audio connections.

I've been writing for weeks trying to get a letter back that I sent to Dr. Reddix September 30! Have not even received one single call!Not even to tell me if it was received. I need this letter and she doesn't understand the urgency of it. Other than that though, No complaints! :)

I have known Dr. Irance Reddix for years. She is a busy, compassionate, Doctor. I don't care for big doctors, with fancy offices, that don't touch you, or only allow 15 minutes per patient. Dr. Reddix gives you a thorough exam, explains and answers problems. When I am in need, she is there. I had terrible severe pain for over a month. Went to Northwest Hospital. No answers. Went to patient first, only treated the burn,, I ha
d, as a result of heating pad. Month into hell from Pain, went to Dr. REDDIX. FOUND PROBLEMS IN MY 2 HOUR VISIT.

My friend recommended Dr. Reddix to me and I have been a regular patient for years now. She is wonderful for the entire family and serves people in all age ranges. I have been to many doctors in Maryland and would say Dr. Reddix is one of the most caring and compassionate which is why I stayed.
