For the first time in my 21 years of car ownership, I have not felt completely exploited by my state inspection. Lou's completed my inspection quickly, had a recommendation or two, but did not press me to have them done in order to pass inspection. I would gladly go back if the need arises. My faith in the auto service profession has been restored.

Wasted my time driving there (I went because the reviews are pretty good) I pulled up to the sign that says “pull up here to get serviced”. There were two guys nearby wiping something down. I waited about 5 minutes. Both of them looked over at me a few times but continued what they were doing. I said “excuse me”. Still no help. Never again
