False advertisement on Groupon. I bought the VIP Groupon a few months ago because it said 3 OIL CHANGES not 3 CONVENTIONAL oil changes, it didn’t specify if it’s for synthetic or convention. Throughout the pandemic I have seen a lot of companies having too good to be true deals to keep customers coming and to spread the quality of their work, so I figured this is what was going on here as well. I quite a distance to get there since I paid for the Groupon. I get to the location and I’m turned away because the representative states that it says “3 conventional oil changes”. I read it again

My old girl (Toyota Highlander) has needed a lot of work lately . It always seems to happen on a weekend . I’ve been going to someone to fix her that isn’t open on the weekend making me miss time at work which stresses me out. A good friend of mine referred me to FRA. When I got there , a line had already formed so I anticipate this to take all day. To my surprise they had her fixed in less than 2 1/2 hours! Not only that but she is riding smooth and quiet like she used to!! They are so efficient and professional there. Also they look happy to be there. Excellent customer service ! I recommend

Very friendly and honest business!! While waiting for an oil change on my car I observed the store manager engaging with several customers both on the phone and in person. He treated them all honestly and with respect no matter the reason for them being there. He answered their questions explaining in detail in simple terms they could understand to make a decision on what to do with confidence. I have recommended them to a few of my friends & family. Pleasure working with them!!

I have been very happy with my experiences at Foulk Road Automotive. I think Brad is very straightforward and honest. That is the cause of most of the negative reviews you see on here. He has gotten me in and out for oil changes quicker than anywhere else I have ever gone. He has fixed several tires for the small cost of a patch when I was sure I was going to have to replace the tire or the rim. I am rough on my vehicles and Brad and his team have kept my vehicles running superb even with my abuse. I HIGHLY recommend Foulk Road Automotive!
