Slopeside Home Inspections offers professional home inspection services for buyers and sellers in the greater Vancouver WA and Portland Metro area. Our inspections are thorough and non-invasive, adhering to InterNACHI's exceptional Standards of Practice. In our residential home inspection, we comprehensively evaluate visible and readily accessible areas of a home.
Long Distance Fee - add $50 if 40+ miles and $75 if 60+ miles outside of Salmon Creek, WA. Condos/Townhomes are usually an interior only inspection. This is because the exterior, including the roof are typically covered by the homeowner's association. However, if you would like these areas inspected, please use single family home pricing.
