Will is amazing at home inspections!!
He went above and beyond in details, it’s scary how many things he can find in your home and it’s definitely worth using him. He covers and goes over everything with you. If you need a home inspector I highly recommend using him. Prices are also very reasonable.

While I won't go into the details of the process or results. I WILL tell you, that Will did an amazingly complete and thorough job of inspecting my next home. I showed up about 30 min before the completion time and he walked me through all of the major items on the inspection. He answered all of my questions with honest answers. His report included photos, a description of the issue and what type of professional I would need to contact for EACH issue. By having this thorough report I was able to be way more confident in the home I am purchasing. The report also gave me a fantastic startling list

I had them inspect a manufacture home that I'm wanting to purchase and Andrew was very thorough and gave me a very detailed report. He called me when he was done to explain what to expect on the report and what it all meant. He did an amazing inspection. I couldn't believe how thorough he is and very professional.
