Made appointment for 9:40am. Showed up and took our seats as the only people in the waiting room. Heard much laughing and such from the back. This continued until 10:05, after which we left. We were almost home, about 5 minutes away when they called and said that they were ready to see us. I said I don't think so. Made an appointment that day with another dentist. It's sad because we had gone to this place for a few years. If you want a pet peeve of mine, this is it. If the office was full and people were running around, that's one thing. I went to this office for the first time. It also happened to be the first time since covid. So it has been a while. I had no other option than to find a new dentist and Dr. Armstrong's office seemed like a good place to start for several reasons. I was not disappointed.
