The worst experience ever. The nurses lied about the service capabilities of the dental office said they had in house denture Making capabilities. Arrived at appointment and nurses did not follow doctors directions. Also did not give any antibiotics for a severe infection. Told me it takes weeks to make a denture. The left me without pulling infected broken tooth. I found a different dentist got me in same day and had denture within 2 days. Avoid this dentist. There are much better services in this area.

Well first they tell me it will be six weeks before I get my dentures. It was much longer. Then after I keep paying them what they tell me I owe they inform me they are sending me to collections. They said because insurance denied claim and I needed to call insurance. Which I did. But insurance informed me they needed more information from the dental office and has been trying to get ahold of them. Finally they contacted insurance. Insurance paid. Got paperwork in mail from insurance showing I over paid. Max sent me a bill again saying they were sending me to collections. I called insurance, insurance

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service with this practice. I have a relative who requires some individualized attention and the staff has made us feel very comfortable and welcomed while accommodating his needs. The reception administrators are pleasant, patient, and responsive. The medical staff are extremely communicative and explain things well and listen carefully. We never feel rushed and we always feel respected. I am so happy we found this practice.
