A group of friends and I went to have a spa day there thanksgiving weekend and had the worst experience. The lady at the front desk was great but every other worker was terrible. They were all very rude, we felt rushed and did not like any of our services. For what they charge you’d think it would be pleasant but it was everything but that. Highly recommend finding somewhere else.

Great check-in experience with the Front Desk Supervisor, Dave Williams. He went out of his way to make my brother’s 60th birthday extra special. We arrived several hours before check-in and decided to have… Brunch and drinks in the restaurant while we waited. Mr. Williams came to the restaurant a couple of hours later to let us know our rooms were ready AND presented my brother with a 60th birthday card. That was one of the nicest things I’ve ever experienced at a hotel…..and I have the highest level of status with several hotel chains including Marriott. TheWit will
