NOMAD Mobile Fitness Training & Events
NOMAD is a place where people come to be Happy and Healthy. Our main focus is on improving lives, and we do that by providing thoughtful and effective workouts and nutrition for everyone. Whether you prefer indoor or outdoor sessions, personal or group training, or even programs to follow from home, we can help.

We wanted to offer effective group training workouts that didn't force you to spend half of your time on a treadmill/rower, and that didn't have you completing olympic/gymnastic movements that aren't necessary for gaining muscle or burning fat. The NOMAD workout varies daily! We typically spend 3 days a week focused on isolation, core, stability and mobility exercises, and 3 days a week focused on compound movements.

When it comes to getting in shape, it's actually not as confusing as you might think. You simply need to MOVE MORE and EAT ACCORDING TO YOUR GOALS. We realize that there is a lot of confusing information out there from fitness professionals competing to earn your business, but we will keep it simple and follow the tried and true fundamentals.
