I started going here because the technicians always did high quality nails! They never chipped or cracked and looked great. However my experience here yesterday has made me feel the need to speak on it. I arrived 15 minutes before my appt time at 4:15. I waited an hour before someone started my pedicure, the pedicure came and went, I then proceeded to wait an additional hour for someone to start my nails. This was after 6 pm, only then was I offered a beverage, no apology for the wait etc. the technician was very rough with my hands and pretty rude and seemed to be rushing ME. My nails did turn

Not very attentive to customers..I sat for over 30 minutes in a pedicure chair with my colors picked..but never got started with services..no water and the message chair wouldnt come on so i could atleast relax while I waited and no one came to assist in turning it on..after about 40 minutes of being ignored I left.

I visited this salon today for the first time. I just needed to get a pedicure. The salon is very nice and clean. I didn’t have to wait long for my pedicure to start. The cheapest pedi here is $27. I selected the $35 pedicure. This was the FASTEST pedicure I’ve ever had. When it came time to removing the rough spots off my feet I was super disappointed, the tech didn’t even really remove my feet from the water to scrub them. Maybe spent 20-30 seconds on my heels with the foot file & pumice stone. I’m used to my heels being softened as well as the sides of my feet and my big toe. Then the

Really great service here. The location is very large and comfortable. The service was fast and staff was helpful. My only complaint is that my manicure felt really rushed, which meant heavy layers of nail polish applied very fast that too forever to dry. I imagine if you are getting gels or acrylic you’re experience might be better.

I love how upscale this nail salon looks and feels. Jimmy and Liz are my top two favorite techs, and Mike is also awesome when it comes down to pedicures. The Luxe Pedicures are AWESOME! The only thing I don't care for is that most times I'll put my appointment request in online for the technicians that I want for each service, however when I get there I'm just placed with the first available person. If I request a certain technicians for my appointment I expect to have those people working on me. Other than that I love the service I receive.

If you are going to any other nail salon than you are wasting your money. I've been doing my nails and pedicures here since they opened. The owners are super friendly and they make sure your experience with them is amazing. My daughter and I come across town just to see them. They all do great work but we LOVE the 3 sisters. You won't regret coming here.

I love getting pedicures here. Michael does such a great job. His massages are the best. The owners are nice. I’m always taken care of. They offer a complimentary drink and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. I also like that they are clean. I discovered them almost 2 years ago and cannot go anywhere else despite no longer living in the area.
