I've been going here for several years and I highly recommend this office. Dr. Pressley and her FANTASTIC Team operate like a Family. They give you the personal touch that makes your appointment such a fun experience! Plus if you can name all the superhero themed cats in her office, you get a prize :) Love it here!

I'm not one to write scathing reviews but this optometry office is the worst with follow up and accommodation. They had to schedule numerous contact lens fitting appointments just to get my prescription right. I understand my prescription is high, but other optometrists I've gone to were able to get my prescription correct during my first exam. I've worn contacts for 15 years and I've never had this happen to me. It's unfathomable to me as to why I need to do several lens fittings and why it takes over a month to get my contacts!!! They need to manage expectations for the

Best eye doctor ever, best staff, great location. I was past due on writing this review, kept forgetting. I don't write many reviews unless it's a great experience. And so it has been for the last 4-5 years or more.
Dr. Nguyen is just the best, funny, kind and very smart. All the staff is very professional and friendly. I love going there, but must of all, I'm so pleased and blessed consulting with Dr Nguyen.

The staff here is very friendly and they all provide such amazing customer service. I was prescribed neuro lens because I mentioned the headaches I was having. And now I'm sooooo loving my pair of glasses with the neuro lens because it really helps and NO HEADACHES! Thank you so much for everything! Best place and best service!!

This is the BEST eye doctor! I am new to the area and I couldn’t believe how friendly the whole office staff was. The doctor was amazing and very knowledgeable. The front office was kind and didn’t keep me waiting at all. I loved the cute gift bag that my eye glasses came in when I went to pick them up! I will definitely be recommending this office to all my friends and family.

Wow! I cannot say enough nice things about Optic Gallery.
The staff is there amazing and super friendly. When I first stepped foot in their office I immediately felt at ease.
The eye exam was thorough and I didn't seem to mind it as much as exams at other eye doctors. I think it was because I knew I was being treated by professionals.

Had an appointment tonight at Optic Gallery - Casandra greeted me at the front desk and was kind and attentive. She explained all the tests that she was performing and was wonderful. Then I saw Dr. Pressley and it was like seeing an old friend. She was so warm and welcoming and she asked about my family (who she also sees). She Never made me feel rushed and she made sure to address all my concerns, etc... Stephanie (I hope I have her name correct) stayed late to talk to me about all the options on glasses and contacts. She was patient with me and never felt like a pushy salesman. My whole family

Dr. Pressley will get all up in your face during your eye exam with her nose uncovered by her face mask. She's supposedly a medical professional but is apparently comfortable with putting her patients' and employees' health at risk during a global pandemic. Makes you wonder what other unsafe practices are being conducted at this office. I recommend you find a different optometrist for your eye care.

I was able to be seen right away because I had an appointment. Aly was able to give me the best and most helpful information regarding my insurance over the phone before I made my appointment. I always see Dr. Valdez, and she always takes care of me and makes sure that I know everything about my eyes. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and wants to make sure that your eyes are healthy. Jennifer in the front was super helpful when it came to helping me decide what the best options were for me. Optic Gallery is really an all-around great optometry practice, I'm glad I came

Clean & quiet office in a great location in Henderson!
I've been going to the Optic Gallery in the District but decided to go here to see Dr. Valdez. I've always been afraid of the eye doctor, due to my high prescription, but Dr. Valdez was kind and gave me great news - that my prescription didn't go up! Haha.
I recommend this location & the eye doctor!

The doctor and optical technicians was very nice and friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. However, the opticians that sell you the glasses could use some work. All the glasses are very high priced and requires a sales assistant to open for you which is very inconvienate if you don’t know what type of glasses you want and have to try on many pairs. This was my first time in glasses and wasn’t sure what style to go with. Due to this reason the sales associate was short with me and acted like she didn’t want to be there showing me all these glasses. I found that very rude. If I’m
