I've been going to Dr. Jones for years and I really like him as my optometrist! The reason I gave a 3 star is because his new staff is rude, don't return phone calls, or bother even calling when your contacts or glasses arrive, seem irritated when I would ask for help when picking out my glasses. If I didn't like Dr. Jones as much as I do I would of already found another optometrist just because of his staff. There are a couple of people who work there that are ok.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for well over 14 years. As a matter of fact, I like him so much that despite moving out of state (and experiencing terrible service, no one could get my high prescription right), when I moved back, I managed to find him again!
The staff is wonderful, friendly, they always seem happy and they remember their clients. One receptionist even remembered me from before I'd moved away, 4 years later!
My daughter came with me for her first eye exam last week and I was so impressed with how they do eye exams for little kids. She can be a bit of a fraidy cat with new experiences

Easy to make an appointment, I got in 2 days after my initial call as a new patient. The office was clean, roomy, and the staff was friendly.
Dr. Jones was quick and thorough, but I never felt rushed. He answered my questions and was helpful throughout the exam. I'd recommend the office based of my visit

I was quickly seen after arriving for my appointment. The appointment did not take very long at all. Dr. Jones was very thorough and made sure my prescription was correct. He also made sure that I understood what was going on. His staff was very helpful too and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I recently moved to Nevada and Dr. Jones is definitely going to be my Optometrist from now on.

Once again, I enjoyed my annual visit with Dr. Jones at Vision Source. The office is clean, spacious, and well-organized. My appointment began on time, and everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I just had my yearly eye exam for 2020. If the rest of the year goes as well as my appointment, I will be fine. Dr. Jones and his staff are still amazing. He really cares about his patients and their concerns. That means a great deal. I'm always grateful and I appreciate his professionalism. My experience with Dr. Jones was incredible! I would definitely recommend this location, the staff with amazing as well. I came in for a check up and new pair of eye glasses, And received so much more. So they have this new machine that is only $15 more to see if you have any eye problem inside your eye, And it checks for eye problem that people might not know about early on like Glaucoma, Cataract, Bleeding even inside eye, Stuff like that.
